Staff seems to always be irritable or not wanting to service customers. A 10-12 year old girl made my sandwich once, they’ve incorrectly made sandwiches and aren’t willing to fix unless paying extra. My last bad experience here was today.

bread is DAYS old and stale. Didn’t expect to have expired bread going in at 1pm. I paid $14 for a sub I can’t even eat bc the bread is no good. Half the ingredients I requested were not even on there. Maybe if you removed the stickers from the windows we could actually see the ingredients.
Paid $2 extra for more bacon which I never received (only got 2 pieces on a foot long!!!!) This is the worst location I’ve been to in awhile. So disappointed

Ordered from doordash and they forgot an entire sub??? Then my dasher was kind enough to go back, and the employee gave him a hard time. Service 0/10. Sincerely, a hangry person who paid way too much on doordash just to not be fed.

I must be insane. I keep ordering for delivery online. Sandwiches are always wrong. Items missing. When I call to get the correct order sent back out… they say no. I ask for a refund, they say that is not possible. Is there any way to give NO STARS. If Subway cares about their brand and reputation,, they should terminate their leasing agreement with the owners of this location, knock the building now and make the parking lot bigger.

Came around 9:21 pm when Monday-Friday says they close from 9:30 pm nobody was there the lights was on etc. I will reach out to someone hire because this is a lie and if they needed to close I would put a notice on the door instead me come up to the door and it’s not open at 9:21 pm. When someone just said in these reviews the “ came 5 mins before closing “ yeah not me will report so this can get fixed.

I only gave one star so that I could post. I placed an order online on 12/16/21 for a 4:15pm pickup. When I got to the restaurant it was closed. No lights, no sign of life inside. NOTHING! When I try to call the number listed on here for that store the call just disconnects it doesn’t even ring. I don’t know what’s going on with the Subway franchise but this is not good. Now I don’t know how to get a refund for my order.

DON’T GO HERE! The subway on Greenland is horrible! The lady in there is absolutely the worst person I’ve ever met! She shouldn’t even be aloud to work/ own anything ever again! She wouldn’t give me her mane upon asking for the information. Came in to order 3 subs for the kids and I. She said oh I can’t do that the order is to big and told us we had to order online and that it would be a 2hr wait if she could get to it. I wouldn’t even recommend this to my worst enemy. She then turned around and took orders from someone else after she just told me my order was to big. Please drive the extra mile to another subway. There one right down the road off lasscass next to a Tobacco shop. They’re better and more responsible and respectful. Greenland needs to be shut down. Second time order was wrong. Ordered not toasted on one and it is was toasted. They did not make the second sandwich ordered..and when they finally did the girl did not know what parmesan cheese was and therefore was not put on. Plus so slow in making the order. May be a lack of hearing, or language ( think they have hard time with english but not sure). We have decided not to go there again because it has been twice in row . We use to go all the time with no problems till new staff.
