I’ve ordered from this location a lot. They’ve been consistent with the product and service. I always order online and it’s easy to navigate. Today was a delivery order and it arrived so fast and fresh. I just want to give a shout out to Melissa that you have running the spot because I know it can be a challenge. I also would like to thank the driver for being friendly and making sure my order was accurate. Keep up the great work!! It’s hard to find decent places to spend our money!! Thanks again!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!!! I placed an online order for delivery around 6:30 pm and received THE WRONG order 45 minutes later. I called the store to notify them and the conversation was pleasant. The girl that answered and helped me was very polite and agreed to remake my order. After waiting an additional 45 minutes I received my pizza and it was incorrect yet again. I called the store and was told I would receive my money back. The girl sounded very irritated with me so I didn’t believe her. I ended up calling the corporate 1-877 number to be sure that I receive my refund. They told me someone would get back to me within 48hrs. I haven’t liked Papa Johns in years. I only ordered because my son suggested it. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY!!!!

The team gathered and a member said let’s try Papa Johns pizza. Our reviews have been on the upper tier pizza opportunities in the Indy area . But we ordered a couple of pizzas and the bread sticks. This food was not as good as many frozen pizzas we have tried (but not reviewed). The crusts were relatively thin and texture-wise “flat”. The cheese pizza half of that and other half black olives bubbled up. The pepperoni pizza was similar without the bubbling effect. Breadsticks were soft and drenched in I believe butter and garlic . We had not had Papa John’s in probably 3+ years. We recalled that they were thicker crusts then , heavy with cheese and generally much different that these pizzas. I have a feeling that since the demise of the founder and market share loss that Papa Johns has cut corners, big corners, to boost profit margins and appease shareholders. Unfortunately this has resulted in basically a bottom tier fast food pizza product. This product can’t sustain itself. #embarassing .

This Papa Johns is NOT in the business of making money. Multiple days placing orders of $500 with $60+ tip for the driver to drive less than 5 minutes down the road. The employee states they are the only one there, and the General Manager won’t answer calls or texts? This place clearly isn’t in the business of turning a profit, or making pizza. SAD!

WAS my number 1 place to go to for pizza, but with the pizza I just received that’s my queue to move on!! Pizza barely had any topping, looks like it was thrown together. Very disappointing, definitely won’t be back.

I will never visit this location again this was a waste of money. This is supposed to be a medium meats pizza. As you can see the pizza is the size of a personal pan which is no bigger than a dollar pack of candy. Also each slice only has one piece of meat on each slice. I purchased extra peppers and he only placed one extra pepper in the box. When asked about the extra peppers the cashier/cook stated that you only get one extra pepper when you pay for extras.

Placed order on line with pickup. Upon arriving order was ready, on time, however it was incorrect. Both employees were apologetic and said they will make a new one that would be correct. It seems less than 10.min and had hot fresh correct order. Thanks guys

So i tried ordering the pizza online and was unable to order it the way I wanted but when I got in I spoke with the lady that worked there (AMBER) and she helped me out not only in making it so the pizza could be the way I wanted it this time but also explained to me how I could have it done easier even though online wont let you. It was nice to have that kind of customer service again as I find some of the papajohns around this area really lack that. She personally made it a good experience that I would be willing to go there again even though it’s not the closest to my house

I had an issue with my pizza last night and was told I could return it today. When I arrived I was greeted by Nicki and Robert who quickly resolved it with so much kindness. I’m also very appreciative of the manager from last night calling and apologizing as well. I’ll go back from their customer service alone. It was greatly appreciated ❤️
