ordered 3 sandwiches on my way through town on my way home 30 min away from New Ulm. I get home and open the three sandwiches. For reference I ordered a #2, #8, and #16 NOT AN UNWICH. I open my sandwich (the #16) and it’s a damn unwich with nothing that comes on the #16. They also called out the numbers for my order and I looked at the receipt before taking it and it was definitely my order. Seriously how hard is it to make the right sandwich with the right order. Pathetic.

We made our order, pulled forward and sat for a good 10 minutes, no joke, before even paying. Watching through the window one of the staff was literally dancing around… even before we paid, just sitting there waiting watching three people standing there, one dancing. There were a couple cars behind us while we were ordering and a little after we moved up, they backed out and left at some point.
But, the order was right for the most part –
we ordered three sandwiches but only got two, luckily didn’t pay for the third as it wasn’t even rung up but after waiting so long it was a little frustrating that it wasn’t right.

Jimmy Johns,has plenty of staff which is refreshing. Cheyanne seemed to be in charge when we went in and is amazing. Very knowledgeable and efficient. She was helping at the register, making sandwiches, taking phone orders and just kept things running quickly and smoothly. All while providing great customer service. You are fortunate to have her as an employee .

We got here and there were 7 workers. No one was at the drive through and there was 1 at the fountain getting herself something to drink. There were 4 cars in the drive through and a handful of people waiting for their food. My daughter and I placed our order. Just 2 normal sandwiches, a #1, and #3, no custom additions. After waiting 15 minutes. We received our food. During that time, I watched about 3 different people try to figure out orders for drive through customers, a pickle being cut with a mayo filled knife (which is unsanitary and a kitchen license rule no-no). I have my food license and I KNOW that you do not cross contaminate food. My lettuce in my sandwich was FROZEN together. When I took it up to show the workers, they acted like they had no idea. I asked for another sandwich, but instead, they told me they were too busy, and gave me my money back. I told them they need to temp their food. I also asked to talk to the manager so I could tell her about the mayo knife and the pickle. She told me that she wasn’t there and didn’t see it, so it probably didn’t happen. This place is under terrible management and everyone there should take a food safety course. We will not be eating there anymore. I highly suggest everyone watch the workers making their food.

The atmosphere was amazing!! Courtney and Jude gave the absolute best customer service I have ever received in a fast food type place. These two made an amazing team! I did ask for a manager to express how great they were and it happened to be Courtney! Hands down an amazing experience!

Always use drive thru so no opinion on atmosphere. Way better than Subway at least in New Ulm. JJ’s service is so so much better than Subway. Use the app to order and it’s always ready when I get there.

The size of sandwiches are being made smaller..We are VERY DISSATISFIED.!!! OVERPRICED. Will not be ordering from Jimmy Johns anytime soon. The delivery person was very nice friendly.. We feel like we got overcharged for product received. DISGUSTING DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!
