Place is clean. Workers are cool and nice. A Black lady helped me saved a few bucks. I asked for a meal and she instead ordered me a better alternative and was cheaper. I love it when workers know tricks and helps the customer out. I was confused at first, but I figured it out. That was cool.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Was generous with the ranch dipping as they gave 3 but why would I need 3 if I was supplied with 9 FRIES. Spicy chicken sandwich isn’t even spicy. The spicy sauce that was supposed to MAKE MY SANDWICH SPICY was only put right in the middle in the most minuscule amount ever. This is the only review I have ever felt I needed to write for a place. Straight garbage everytime I decide to eat there and give them another chance

The woman at the window left a bad taste in my mouth. She was glaring at my husband very disrespectfully for no reason . Even was staring at us through the window. You have serious issues if you think it’s acceptable to be staring down customers like that. She handed him our food, and when my husband said thank you, she didn’t say a word. She wouldn’t even look him in the eye. Then we had to come back because they didn’t give us the coleslaw we paid for, and they acted like we were looking for a free meal or something. Once again, staring my husband down with her arms all folded, but she had the nerve to look away when I gave her a nasty look back. At least the food was good. Too bad the cashier is unprofessional and disrespectful. Absolutely ridiculous .

Ordered on uber eats 3pc white meal 2 breast 1 wing Dave sauce for the 3rd time they sent dark 2 thighs and 1 leg!! Also ordered kids meal didn’t get the side or biscuit only 4 bbq nuggets which is not what ordered… they need to retrain their entire staff I will never order from this location again!! Both drinks orders was suppose to be Dr Pepper both received was Pepsi the entire order was WRONG AGAIN!!!

I ordered for pickup and was quoted that my food would be ready only 4 minutes after my order. I thought this strange, but hey, it’s fried food right? I drove over and arrived 6 minutes after it was said to have been completed and checked in at the counter. I then sat and waited to get my order for the next 32 minutes after my arrival.
I learned that they are falsifying their internal metrics to mask their incompetence with order handling once I witnessed my order marked as completed on their Expo screen.
At the very least, I wasn’t sitting around for left over food, but I could have gotten my food and bill at a sit down restaurant in the time it took them to just box my food and give it to me.
Mike’s Hot Honey Chicken isn’t hot. It’s just honey. The food was hot, thank goodness, so I give them 3 stars for meeting that bar.
The interior does not encourage you to stay and eat. I believe we already covered the service.
If you’re looking for KFC, this is not the one. Not going to be a returning customer. Popeye’s does it better anyway. ♂️

We did a pretty big order threw drive thru at about 1130 today. Took everything home and banging …enjoyed every bite!! Honey BBQ wings spot on, chicken tenders superb, fries very tasty and the biscuit was divine…you all nailed it today Thank You!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at your restaurant. Today, I returned the entire order, because the chicken was rotten, and instead of apologizing and addressing the issue, three of your employees started talking amongst themselves loudly, implying that I was lying and just trying to waste the chicken. They even had the nerve to suggest that I had taken a big bite out of the chicken as a joke. Let me clarify, I was eating the chicken, that’s why it had a bite taken out of it! And when I tasted something off, I took another piece and opened it up to smell it, and sure enough, it was rotten.
I returned the entire order and asked to speak to someone about the issue, and the person I spoke to basically left me hanging. I just wanted a refund, but I shouldn’t have had to deal with that kind of attitude and disrespect. It’s not my fault your chicken was rotten, and I deserve better service than that. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience and hope you’ll take steps to address the issue with your staff.

So I ordered two 3 piece meals 2 breast and 1 wing I ordered extra crispy instead we hot 1 box original recipe 2 breast and a wing the second box again wrong original recipe and there was a a thigh wing and breast in this one. I ordered through Uber which she was awesome. The store wont answer the phone which is ridiculous its not busy and come to find out they have a history of not answering the phone. The thigh is a waste of chicken and the original recipe sucks not at all like the extra crispy and it taste like it was out for 4 hours or so
