Very colorful and inviting decor.
Loved the pictures of old time movie and singing icons of Mexico like Pedro Infante! So awesome to see this art on the walls!!
Friendly staff. Lots of items to choose from it is hard to decide on what to get!!
Service was fast and friendly, always checking to make sure everything was just right.
Food is very tasty. Great presentation of the platters!!

Awesome service… Great food!! Pictured is the combo steak and chicken fajitas for two… $32.99. They serve a tremendous variety of Mexican food. Anything we’ve had was excellent. The place is usually packed, but any wait is not long. Lots of people get carry out as well. Highly recommend.

This is an EXCELLENT restaurant all the way around! The flavor of the food is influenced by the cuisine of Southern Mexico. The servers were always moving taking orders, serving the customers, and keeping the restaurant. The restaurant has been in Lapeer for 17 years! Their rating is well deserved. Stop and enjoy fine Mexican food! You will leave very satisfied.

Our first time here and we LOVED it. No wait on a Friday night which makes me think not enough people know about this place. Good Mexican food is hard to come by around here and the “other” Mexican place in Lapeer (you know the one) isn’t it. I’m glad Lindo opened up because we really enjoyed it. It is clean, bathrooms too. It’s cute and designed well for a small space. All the staff is on top of everything and helping each other out. The food was great. Get the Queso Fundido. You won’t be disappointed. We had Birria and CamarónTacos and they were cooked very well. Frijoles and Arroz was seasoned well. We will be back. GRACIAS!!

Visited for the first time last night. Service was super fast despite them being super busy. Staff was friendly and food was great! I forgot my leftovers though just means I’ll have to go back soon!

We went during their opening week so I understand that they are still getting their staff trained and working on timing and getting the menu perfected. Overall it was good but with room for improvement.
I had a fajita quesadilla and a small bowl of guacamole totalling $23 not including tip so I was a bit disappointed with the price to portion size. The guacamole was a bit thin but was good.
The others at my table also weren’t thrilled saying it was ok but needed some improvement (soggy chimichanga, etc)
They were trying hard so I’m sure they will make some improvements

The food was delicious, the portions were very large and the server was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could show pictures of the food on this but my food was massive and it was very reasonably priced. Plus it was delicious and really nice. They made the sauces of my burrito. Look like a flag neat.

Awesome authentic Mexican food served by awesome authentic South American people. Very nice portions fit for a General or King. Every item tasted so good.
You won’t get any of that awful white-boy Mexican food that is poorly served down in Alabama and Florida. You got it good in Lapeer, Michigan and it mostly thanks to this great new restaurant.

Some of the best Mexican food in the area. Excellent service and very kind and courteous waitstaff. I kind of missed Teriyaki Madness when they shut down (used to occupy the same space) but Mexico Lindo is an improvement for sure.
