This is one of my favorites in town. Although, tonight wasn’t that great. Rice was tough and I requested that my steak to be cooked well done since I’m not allowed to eat pinkish right now, but it’s not well done. I know some customers prefer this but I’m not allowed to eat meat like this. The flavor is good as always though.

You can smell this food truck from blocks away and it draws you in! I like to call in my order, so I don’t have to stand in line outside while I wait for the magic to be prepared. The hibachi is fantastic. The sushi rolls have gotten smaller over the years, but hasn’t everything? I know I’m gonna wake up thirsty as hell the next morning, but it’s so worth the salt overload in my body. Once that aroma hits my nose, I can’t think of anything else!

I am truly obsessed with their sushi, especially the Kansas Roll. It is just so dang good. I live in AC and drive up to Winfield frequently just to pick up Sushi and take it home to eat. Cannot say enough about them. Amazing!
