This place had been recommended by different family members, we were here for a soccer game from stockton, the service was excellent, chips and dips tasty, we ordered the crunchy shredded beef and javis special, they were delicious, the javis special is definitely a plate to share

Would always see this truck passing by during work. Thought would try it out.
Ordered 2 tacos. 1 asada and 1 pastor. They were good. Flavor is there slightly cold. I really liked how they packed it with meat.
Probably will try something else next time. May change my review

Foods pretty good got a shrimp taco and asada fries add beans. The portions are big and flavorful. I will say the girl at the window is a tad abrasive and definitely treats non Spanish speakers different. I’m Mexican but look like a guero when she 1st saw me she was kinda rude but her whole attitude changed when I ordered in Spanish. As I waited for my food I watched her interact with other customers and she’s very short and rude in general but especially to non Spanish speakers

I went on my lunch to get tacos and when arrived back to work to eat i see there is a long hair in my food !!! No time to go eat nothing else but forced to throw my tacos away, I called and they still asked for picture and thought I was lying on top of that with attitude!!! Horrible service

This is one of my two go to taco trucks in Turlock. I finally tried their fries (I got them with shrimp) and they’re really good. I also got a shrimp taco but they have everything you’d expect and then some. I love the flavor of all their food.

**Updated review** I used to love coming to Javis Tacos until they started to disappoint me over time. Their food is great, however it no longer makes up for their unfriendly and rude staff. The two times me and my boyfriend have visited; the young lady taking the orders is very rude when we visit. Me and my boyfriend are both only English speaking fluent people and it greatly offended me when the lady had no problem opening the screen to talk to Spanish speaking customers, however when it came our time to order she kept the screen closed then proceeded to say she couldn’t hear what we were saying and when she talked to us she quietly mumbled like she didn’t want to even serve us. When my boyfriend tried to ask if our order was ready and she proceeded to look us in the eye and smile as she closed the screen back after talking to a spanish speaking man. Whenever I show up here with my Spanish speaking family members I have no problem ordering, but when I show up with my white man all of the sudden it’s a problem? I don’t want to spend my coins on food being made by people prejudiced against us because we aren’t fluent in their language. Friendliness goes a long way in this business so I will gladly take my coins to Rey De Reyes Taco Truck down the street where they are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming to my family.

Over priced, and super average food. As far as taco trucks me and my wife were both very unimpressed with the food and definitely were surprised by the price. We spent $28 on 2 burritos supremes with extra cheese. I don’t recommend this taco truck there are plenty of other taco Trucks in Turlock that are far better
