This was awful. Cold soup, $6 for a side of greasy French fries, overcooked burgers that were dried out, and a disgusting French dip that was made with imitation Swiss cheese. It was a total waste of money. Save yourself the trip and skip this supper club.

Visited Artic Springs after seeing a Shrimp Special on FB. The special was so yummy! We loved the cheese curds as an appitiser, *Like we needed that*. Then came the shrimp. Shrimp cocktail, shrimp with garlic, grilled shrimp and fried shrimps! The fried shrimp had a very nice light breading. Homemade cocktail sauce with a hint of horseradish. We had a nice salad and a baked potato. Other options were available.
Prepare yourself for some beautiful scenery and historical lesson, this place has some years on it but in my opinion worth the drive from Winona or LaCrosse area!

First time here and we’ll definitely be back!! Waitress were very nice, attentive and helpful. Owner was very nice, had a great conversation and sample of a new dish! Ham and potato soup was good! We had prime rib with mushrooms and onions, very good. And the shrimp scampi with pasta was delicious, the garlic, herbs and butter sauce was really very good. Can’t wait to go back and try the pizza, heard the crust is from scratch, not bought!

Went there with a friend and was very disappointed. Prime rib was tough and chewy and no taste. Walleye had a batter on it that was awful very greasy and very salty. Could not eat it at all. Broccoli was cold and soggy. Definitely not the place it used to be. Waitress served food but that was it never came back to table and never filled our our water. It cost us over 60.00 dollars not worth it.

The food was great.
We had made reservations for a large crowd, but they were not prepared at all. Granted staffing issues plague every business today, but our experience was terrible. I never want to give a poor review, but hopefully, the owner will have better staff for the next group. Each of us repeated our orders several times throughout the long wait. When the waitresses brought the dishes out, they held them up and called them out. No organization; it was like an auction. Some orders never came.
There were some cranky people by the end of the night.
I wish them success and hope they do better in the future.

This place is ran poorly! Made reservations, finally got seated a half hour later. People were getting seated before us at the table we were waiting for… Didn’t get any table service at all. Ordered drinks at the bar and the glasses were dirty. We had to find our own silverware, went up to the buffet, there was no food or plates for about 15 minutes, I finally asked and they brought it out. Half the food was over cooked and the other half was under cooked. Finally got food and the waitress brought the check right away. Didn’t ask if we needed anything else before hand. The waitress’s were just hanging out in the back room the whole time talking… Afterwards we walked around outside to find the cook sitting in a chair doing nothing, and I know when I left there was still a lot to get done. That place could make a killing if it was ran properly.
Needless to say I don’t think we will be going there anytime soon.
