Since The Habit Burger opened in Lincoln, California, I was genuinely excited about having them in town. But over time, the quality, attention to detail, and customer service have seriously gone downhill. Two weeks ago, we went for dinner, and they had to remake my little one’s burger four times just to get cheese right! First, no cheese. Then cheese with onions. Then no cheese again. Then cheese with onions and ketchup. On the fifth attempt, they finally got it correct. And today, when I ordered a chicken sandwich for my oldest on the mobile app, I specifically requested a ciabatta bun—but they gave me a whole wheat seeded bun instead. At this point, it’s clear they’re struggling to follow simple instructions and read the receipt.

Waited behind a lady that took over 15mins to order. Manager just stood there walking in circles and let is wait. He could have jelped us while this nightmare lady then couldn’t figure out how to pay with apple pay. Went there for the onion rings and finally once it was our turn the cashier rudely said were out. Place was dirty and they opened yesterday. Won’t go back. The mngr didn’t even notice any of this. And he was not busy at all and he should have been. Yelling you all this place sucks…….i have no reason to bash here i was excited it was opening. It was that bad.
