Skirt is a small and cozy spot for meat lovers.
The service is good, and the staff are very friendly.

Overall, the burgers and the sandwiches were delicious, especially the meat. However, the portions are quite small, particularly the sandwich. As a complimentary treat, they offer Callebaut chocolate — so delicious!

Exceptional angus steak that came with smashed grilled potatoes. The peacemaker burger is also a good option. Loved the atmosphere, the mood and the setting of this place.

The Peacemaker – 220g wagyu beef patty, mature cheddar, caramelized onions, and mayo mustard sauce.
This one’s a beauty: thick, char-grilled wagyu, dripping with mature cheddar, stacked in a glossy sesame bun. Juicy, smoky, cheesy perfection with crispy golden fries on the side. The only drawback was the bun. The top felt cold, likely taken straight from the fridge, and hadn’t been toasted, which distracted from what could have been a flawless first bite.
The Butter Burger – 180g grass-fed patty, cheddar, and butter.
Simple but spot on. Perfectly toasted bun, smoky, juicy beef that melts in your mouth. No frills, just clean flavors that work.

The service at Skirt was excellent—friendly and professional. We ordered the 400g aged ribeye for $130. The steak itself was good, but honestly, not memorable enough to justify that price. I’ve had better steaks for much less, and paying this much leaves you expecting something exceptional. It’s a bit disappointing because the quality didn’t match the cost, and that really takes away from the whole experience.

First time at Skirt, small and cozy place, if you’re not a fan of tight spaces this is surely not your go to place. As for the food, the burgers & salad were top! And loved the chocolate dessert at the end, free of charge & very creative. Definitely recommended!

Wow, a small intimate place with great service and food. The menu has a large selection of meat that is not your average Beirut meat. It is a little pricey for Lebanon but the food is amazing. The small live kitchen lets you see the preparation in front of you and the service is great. We had a selection of meats and burgers but even the salads are divine.
The chocolate slab at the end was an unexpected surprise. A must visit in Beirut.
