Cassie was all by herself her other coworker walked out and she had 4 big online orders come in me my 4 person family with 3 other people in line and she kept her calm stayed organized and friendly and did her job in the best way possible if I could give Cassie 100 stars I would she is a super awesome great employee and the food was amazing!

Absolutely love this restaurant! We usually get our food pretty fast. There is dine in or carry out options. Lots of different sub options as well.

Why do all Subway squish the sandwiches when the wrap them. Light fluffy bread becomes flat and tuff. If I wanted flat tuff sub buns I would go to the competition.

The food is fine, the place is clean from what I can tell, but the service was a waste of my time. I’ve had the same sandwich maker the past few times I’ve gone in there, and she’d rather stand there and tell stories, distracting her coworkers and not getting her own work done to tell them. I don’t want to spend 20 minutes for a sandwich that should take a few minutes to make at most. She’s also sloppy with the sandwiches, the cut in the bread is uneven and she slaps the toppings on without much care. If I don’t have that one lady making my sandwich, then everything is great. She’s bringing the place down as a whole.

Had to wait almost 20 mins before the woman working finished online orders hardly put any meet on the sub. Place has been getting worse and worse
Tried again today 4/12/25 and got told I’d have to wait 20 mins before he would do my sub because of online orders. A customer in the building should take priority vs people that might not be picking up for another 30 mins.

So mad I ordered 3 cold cut combos and all they only put bologna on it. No ham no salami. Make sure you check your order before you leave. When I called she said that’s how all the meat looks. I guess all your meat tastes and looks like bologna.
