Can’t this place ever get things right This is not the 1st or 2nd time they’ve gotten my order wrong. As you can clearly see I ordered #1 and that’s not what I got. I tried calling but they make you hold forever and the music gave me a headache. Believe me if this is the kind of sandwich I wanted I’d go to Mc Donald’s but I don’t eat these Now I’m not in the area and I can’t just take it back. This is such an inconvenience. If you’re going to work in custom service or with food you need to get things right. People….. make sure you open the order and check the product before pulling away from the window and if it takes longer than oh well.

The service here is top-tier! Even when the drive-thru is packed, the team is incredibly efficient and polite. My order is always hot, fresh, and accurate. It’s easily one of the best quick-service spots in West Covina. High standards and great food every single time!

So excited they finally opened! So close to my house and great being close to the Eastland center! They did just open So I could tell a few employees were still learning but that’s okay and I understand the service overall was great and their new mint watermelon lemonade was awesome!

Food tasted great, line was long but went along at a decent pace. However the pricing on the food was quite a lot. Though the meal left me feeling decently full the size/form factor really made me feel undercut. Still a decent choice for good chicken and crosscut fries.

Mac and cheese was the worst I’ve tasted from this restaurant. I’m from the area but live in Seattle, and the Mac and cheese is way better and different in Seattle. I’m used to baked Mac and cheese, this was not baked, more like boxed Mac and cheese which was disappointing after referring it to a family member who’ve never ate at this restaurant.

I went to get food, two bags, and one of the bags had porridge in it, but they didn’t have plastic bags. One paper bag got wet with porridge and made a mess of my co-pilot. Their work is so sloppy.

It is a typical Chick-fil-A establishment. I visited this establishment, once, at the beginning of 2024. I came here to have my lunch, during my lunch break. So, during my lunch break, it was around 12:30 PM, the line in the establishment was non-existent. The staff members, too, were courteous and helpful. Furthermore, inside, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the place was tidy. If my memory serves me well, I have ordered a chicken burger combo. It was delicious, since I have enjoyed it. Also, the prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in the area of Eastland shopping center, I would recommend to stop by this fast-food establishment.

Got a chance to visit today at Chic-fil-A new location. I loved the decor and atmosphere. Food was good but the amount was a little off compare to other locations. The breakfast burrito was smaller, and the portion for the breakfast bowl was too. Parking lot is large but it does have to share with 24 hour fitness customers. So on busy days parking might be limited. The drive-through is large so that’s a plus. Overall happy with my visit today.
