This place is a hidden gem! Alejandro and his mom are the American dream. They have worked in the restaurant industry their whole lives. They decided to make their dreams come true by bring a taste of Mexico to the small town of Coggon. The time and love they put in to “Tequila Jalisco” is amazing.

The Kibler
Love the service. The female owner was are server. She helped out out with what to order. I can’t have spice and the food was not spicy at all. Love coming here. The dessert was to die for.

We were visiting near by and looking for a dinner spot. We were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I had the chicken and steak fajita and the meat was seasoned perfect and very tasty. My cousin ordered a steak quesadilla and she agreed that the meat was very flavorful.
We both ordered Mr. Pibb but it was flat so they brought us cans of Dr. Pepper which was great. Service was a little slow and it’s clearly a newer business so we chalked it up to that.
We were pleased overall and will be back soon!

The food is amazing! I had the chimichangas dinner, my wife had the taco salad, both had excellent flavor. Don’t forget the dessert, that in itself is a reason to visit too! The people are warm and wonderfully friendly, we are fortunate to have them as a part of the Coggon community!

Best Mexican food ever!! We are so grateful to have come across the restaurant, everything from the chips included at the table to the yummy main courses to the dessert (churros with ice cream) was incredible. Would 100% recommend making a stop here!
