30 minutes for a bowl… and a fly?
Ordered at 7:28, promised at 7:45, got it at 8:00. It’s a salad, not a Michelin-star tasting menu. Everything was right in front of them, and yet, here we are. Oh, and surprise! I was almost done eating when I found a dead fly in my bowl. Now I’m nauseous. Absolutely disgusting. Maybe it was included for extra protein? SweetGreen, do better.

I’ve been coming to this Sweetgreen location for the past 2 years, and it’s always a great experience. Ale is almost always there when I visit, and she consistently welcomes me with a smile and makes an amazing salad every time. I eat at this location frequently. With the last month of so I have two Harvest Bowls with burnt sweet potatoes. I understand staff putting bad food in once but not twice . Not enjoyable picking through the salad. Hopefully they improve.

I got the miso glazed salmon. Salmon was the size of my finger. It was so small and dry. Cucumber was not fresh and weird cutting I would say my 5 year old nephew might cut it better. I’m definitely not coming back to this location. This is ridiculous I don’t care how much it charges but they should keep their food quality and freshness.

I’ve been a customer here for many years. Tonight I dropped in for a takeout. Upon payment I realized I had left my debit card at home. The manager graciously comped the meals saving me the trip back home. I greatly appreciate the kindness showed to me by the great workers at Sweet Green!

First time and it was an awesome!
Easy to find a parking spot. I received my order less than 5 mins after I placed an order (customers kept coming non-stop since I was there until when I left). The person who was taking care of picking up station was so kind following up and bringing my order for me outside where I was waiting. The restaurant was so clean and the team were very attentive.
Avocado was perfect. I also fell in love with beets slices in the bowl. I’m not sure if they pickled or marinated with something or not but it’s so crunchy and delicious!
I was so impressed with the service and the quality of the food. Tons of choices so I just picked one to try.
Highly recommended!

I did order one of my favorites, green goddess avocado salad, 2 orders. It wasn’t long after I ordered until I opened both boxes. Other than the missing items, the avocado slices are a bit disappointing. -1 star for the order this time. I understand mistake happens. It would be better if someone can call and let me know that there’s no fresh avocado available and not able to put it in the order. I am looking forward to a fresh avocado next time. The rest of the items were fresh.

AVOID. First off my boyfriend opened his salad and saw a BUG A LITERAL STINK BUG IN HIS SALAD. Second off when trying to call there’s no actually person you can talk to about this situation and receiving a full refund. This absolutely unbelievable and we have never experienced this before. I don’t recommend this to anyone. Go to Panera. We travelled to get this salad and are extremely disappointed. To have a bug in our food. I don’t trust even eating my mine. Please don’t ever go here listen to all the other reviews this place is not sanitary and not worth the trip or money. Like honestly. Don’t even try to comment back saying “we’re so sorry for your experience” because then you’d have actually people that could help us with getting a refund instead of a text or chat that take 72 hours to respond. I paid extra for my chicken to be blackened and instead there was no chicken in my salad. $25 for a salad without protein is ridiculous. I used to love sweetgreen but I won’t order from them again. They also gave me a whole broccoli stem instead of florets.
