Last time I left a review and took it off because the Indian manager was really nice the following days and I don’t want his business to be discouraged but the staff doesn’t care at all.
Morning time especially the wait is as if the staff is messing up ordered and redoing them. They are either understaffed or don’t follow ordered correctly.
This was my last review and since then the manager here has taken things and changed them around… the service was kind and considerate; the guy in the morning is very nice and greets you kindly and the staff seems to have gotten their thing together
I get an espresso every morning so these little things count

This Dunkin is the Dunkin I always run too on my way to work. I had stopped going just cause of the lack of customer service.. which was very odd to me. I gave it another shot since I was running late to work with no breakfest or coffee, same issue.. Lack of customer service an this time.. My coffee was horrible.. I had asked where the manager was thinking it was Ariana, but I was told she is no longer working there and that gave me all the answer’s. Ariana and her morning shift crew was always on point with the order’s and customer service!! I was then told the new manager’s name (Can’t remember.) Then I seen her walk in the background and said nevermind to my manager request! I’ve never seen such horrible service from an employee in my life.. The new manager is the same manager i’ve had issue’s with everytime I came to Dunkin on my way home from work at night. Horrible attitude, alway’s rolling her eyes, making smart comment’s through the Menu Speaker.. Terrible terrible terrible. I’ve asked her before for the owner’s number and was basically declined. This Dunkin was always my go to in the mornings but now its a shame how its ran under new managment. My fellow coworkers and friends has also agreed and now we go out of our way just for better service. I hope the Owner can see this as well and make a change moving forward!!

The staff has given me a bagel with less than a tea spoon of cream cheese now. The first time I figured it was a mistake however for it to happen a second time I believe a staff member is doing it intentionally. Today I decided to return the bagel and show it to the manager. There was three staff members working 2 seemed shocked/ amused by the preparation of the food, one hide away, probably for the obvious reason. Because they have staff that tamper with the food and refuse to make the food correctly I would suggest people in the area eat elsewhere. If it’s happened to me personally twice and I only eat at this place occasionally I imagine they tamper with other customers food as well. I do believe this is a form of stealing from the customers considering they are intentionally not making food correctly and I am not getting what I am paying for. (Obviously people are not going to eat a bagel made this way.) it’s a waste…This is exactly what the bagel has looked like 2 out of the last three times I’ve visited this specific location. It’s obviously a bad joke played by an employee however people don’t usually find it funny when the things they are paying for are intentionally being made with malice. It’s annoying and rude

Everytime I’ve come to this Dunkin since they’ve been under this new management there’s been an issue . These new young people they have working in there are going to get themselves hurt one day with the way they speak to people . On top of making drinks wrong and just being loud and wrong period . Too many times my order is messed up or they’re rude when they don’t have something I ordered in the app . They take forever . Just terrible and I’m done patronizing this location . I’d rather drive up to north broadway any day .

Stopped on 9/4/25 at 7pm for two coffee and 2 sandwiches and was told the ovens are off for the night so they can’t cook anything. I was informed they had donuts but very limited selection. I don’t understand why the ovens were off so early before closing time at 9 pm. The young kids just don’t wanna work I guess. Time for a new Dunkin store.

Terrible experience at Dunkin’ Donuts! I ordered a bagel and was shocked to find mold on it. Not only was the quality of the food subpar, but it also made me question the cleanliness of the store. I expect better from a popular chain like Dunkin’. Definitely won’t be back to this location again. 1/5 stars let’s talk about the staff ! They are so rude. I don’t understand how these franchise owners accept that. I went here on 9/10/25 at around 11am when I tell y’all Poor service, lack of professionalism from the manager and employees who lets kids run a store?!!!

It’s always a problem when I come here, I go to Swedesboro and they products are always amazing, then I come here and everything is strong and the cocoa foam is nasty, then I go at 8:40 and they closed when they put 9pm on the app, this place is terrible, bad service and bad quality
