It was my first time having dominos in probably over a year. I was really excited to get a pizza and was a little disappointed.
The pizza was extremely greasy and when I picked up a slice everything just slid off due to the amount of grease. It also felt like it was very undercooked.
Unfortunately, I had to throw the pizza away. It probably doesn’t happen often but I was really excited and was let down. This was late at night so it was inconvenient to return back to the store.

I don’t understand what is wrong with the workers at this store. driver did not call me when he came to drop off the pizza, and asked me to sign a receipt even though I already paid and tipped on the app. I had originally placed a wrong order on the app, called to let them know to cancel and ask for a refund, dude thinks I’m adding a pizza and tells me it’ll be on its way soon. They just do not listen.

Order from here if you want a stale and ready to throw-away pizza. Appreciate the drivers and the delivery folks but if they deliver 10 orders in a single drive, the last one to get (which is me always) will get a very stale pizza all the time. This happened twice already. And both the times I got my pizza delivered after 90 minutes of order and after 1 hour of delivery driver starting to drive.

This used to be our go to pizza place, but the last delivery was it. It looked like someone just dropped them while they were hot. I left a review through the app when it asked about this delivery, I let this location know that it was sloppy. No call back. I also reached out to their customer service online with no response either. The veggie pizza was sloshed around, the pineapple wasn’t as bad.

I’ve ordered here a lot, usually during rush hour. I have never had a bad pizza from this location. Most places do weird things like cutting your pizza into six tiny triangles and two huge pieces. Not here. Never had a problem with the staff for pickups, never had a late pizza. I usually do take-out, but today I had delivery, and even the driver was nice. It’s everything you ever wanted out of a pizza joint. Thanks guys.

Confusing operation hours. We ordered from app at 11PM and were waiting in front of the store, then we noticed that app says that pick up time is next day 11:15AM, store was closed and only delivery was available but they said that our order is not in the system and they won’t take a new order for delivery

Ordering online is easy as can be, they are modestly priced for what you get, and are always on time. Delivery drivers are generally nice and friendly and arrive quickly with the food still hot. Going in and ordering over the phone is a different story. The girl(s?) that have answered the last couple times I called have been very rude. They rush you off the phone and seem to not have time for a customer inquiry. Very glad I don’t have to deal with them face-to-face, or I probably would not frequent this location ever. But delivery is good so 3 stars.

I love this store in particular in all of SCV. The delivery drivers are very nice and considerate. For the most part this store never misses something, but there are those times when mistakes can happen so I still give full stars because the quality is there and I have never had a bad pizza! Thank you for your hard work in making sure good food comes out of here.
