I usually love the bagels here, but I have never seen or received a bagel THIS undercooked and basically raw. I could still stretch out the dough in the middle. Very disappointing and quite unappetizing. Quality should always be 100% even if the food is delivered.

I am new to visiting Einstein Bros and to their program. I went in today to claim my
“Welcome bagel w/ shmear”. Based on what I received, it should just be called a “Welcome bagel”! There was only a very thin hint of cream cheese. I can’t imagine that this is the way it’s supposed to be; U get more cream cheese at Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Either way… not sure of my return. Very disappointing!!!

When I arrived I was waited on immediately. They had a very limited choices of bagels. If I was willing to wait 15 minutes they would have a better selection. I picked from what was available but then had to wait almost 20 minutes to check out because there was only one register open and the customer at the register was purchasing a lot of gift cards. After the first 15 minutes of waiting they opened a second register. Normally this place is very efficient and cordial. I still would recommend this place. The bagels are fantastic !

10 out of 10 experience. I had placed a large order for pickup at 6:30am, 30 breakfast sandwiches and 2 things of coffee along with a few sides. I arrived early just incase there were any issues (you never know) and everything was AMAZING. Everything was just as I had ordered it, nothing was missing, everything was hot was done right on time. They even helped carry everything out to my car. Great service and great food.

After a perfectly satisfying meal and a previously positive review, I followed up with a second meal. Unfortunately, Einstein bagels dropped the ball. If this is their ALL-NIGHTER, then the night is going to be very short. This sadly constructed, McDonaldsesque sandwich cost me nearly $12. UNCOOL. This type of quality is unacceptable for the price.
***UPDATE*** Gave them another chance. Ordered a sandwich and a hash brown. My order arrived with only the sandwich. Thanks for not caring about quality.

Staff was fast and Friendly. It was my first time there. They were patient as I ordered I had and egg sandwiches that was so good it hit the spot for breakfast. I also others a bagel with cream cheese in the side to just try the bagels. It was good. But I really like the great American bagel. More. It was good but not my favorite.

Their variety in bagels was perfect, my husband ordered the Santa Fe & i had the bacon with avocado they were both delicious & great for a quick bite. They have tables outside as well so opted for that & enjoyed the nice weather.

took over 40 minutes to get my order. It was just a smoothie and an everything bagel. Mobile ordered 10 minutes before getting to the store to pickup the food. Smoothie was done and was handed to me, but I was still waiting for an Avocado toast bagel. Waited another 20 minutes as people coming in after me were already gone and waited for theirs. Came back up to the front to ask about my order and they said that they were out of the everything bagel but no one had told me? Then I had changed it to a plain bagel and waited another 10 minutes for it. Got home and then opened up the box and there was hair in my food. Tried calling the store to talk to a store member but the phone automated call kept restarting everytime I tried pressing #3 to talk to a team member. Very displeased with this place. Also the bagel was a bit burnt on the edges as well, especially waiting for 40+ minutes for something like this.

I loved their green chile bagel but not any more. They used to add more green chile on green chile bagel. Now you will find hardly one or two small pieces on it. It’s more likely regular bagel or some cheese on it. They reduced the quality of their bagel. I have noticed this from last a couple of months. Not happy with their bagels anymore.
