I had the goat vindaloo and chicken lollipop. The lollipop really reminded me of home, in the traditional indo Chinese way it was served. I also ordered the goat vindaloo, it was top tier with the expected tang of a vinegar based vindaloo. Highly recommend this place, it is the best Indian restaurant in the Burlington, winooski, Essex area. I’ve been here half a decade and it’s the best I’ve had!

My wife and I were craving Indian food and, while searching, we came across Fusion Fresh Kitchen, a spot we hadn’t tried before. We decided to place a pickup order for two, and let me just say this was a great first experience.
We had a large order, and everything was packed carefully and ready on time. We started with Veggie Samosas (2), which were perfectly crisp on the outside and flavorful inside, an excellent appetizer. For bread, we ordered Garlic Naan and Tandoori Naan (2 orders total), and they were soft, warm, and generously portioned perfect for scooping up the curries.
For the main dishes, my wife had the Butter Chicken, which was rich, creamy, and well-balanced with just the right amount of spice. I ordered the Goat Korma, and it was outstanding, tender goat in a deeply flavorful, aromatic sauce. We also added an extra order of Basmati Plain Rice, which paired perfectly with both dishes. To top it all off, we had Mango Lassi (2), which were smooth, refreshing, and a great complement to the meal.
Even though we did pickup, the service stood out …friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The ambiance of the restaurant felt warm and inviting from what we could see, definitely a place we’d like to dine in next time.
The food quality, portion sizes, and service made this an easy 5-star first visit. Fusion Fresh Kitchen has officially earned a spot in our regular rotation, and we’re already looking forward to trying more from the menu. Highly recommend! ✨

Always an amazing experience whenever I order here. I get takeout more often than I done in but I highly enjoy both. I order from here almost weekly and the food is consistently delicious and never misses a beat when it comes to spices and flavor. The staff is so patient and fast; it seems the food comes so quickly after you order.

I was so disappointed to see Red Panda was not open but was thrilled when I saw the new place had kept my favorites and added so many new things to the menu. The chicken and the lamb seekh kababs are excellent and the onion bhaji is so good! I think this place has the best garlic naan around. I somehow found myself loving the rice pudding too! The flavors of everything were spot on. The new menu is perfect so if kids want tenders & fries and parents don’t, there is something for everyone. I’m definitely staying a regular. I highly recommended you give them a try and the service is always very good as well!

I went with my family and it was amazing. Perfectly seasoned food. Amazing service it was one guy cooking all the food and he was very nice. I was very pleased with my butter chicken it seriously couldn’t of been better. Gave the guy a 20$ tip he deserves more but we didin’t have much on us for tip’s. I am definitely coming back here again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place is awesome! I ordered takeout because I was on my lunch break, but as soon as they saw me sit, a waiter brought me a plate, utensils and a glass of water. Service was great, atmosphere is super cool, I will definitely be coming back!
