The employee was very nice however this was without a doubt the worst food I have ever had. Grease filled, super soggy fries and the Hot Dog was a unbelievable disaster. Served upside down in the carton. Condiments on the dog, both sides and under the bun. Chili ,slaw, onions, mustard seems like it would be hard to destroy but it was. Tried to pick it up and the bun was soaked thru and fell apart. Managed to scoop 1 bite with a fork and the dog was tough like it was a day old. It was 1100am. $11.50 wasted, had to trash the terrible meal. No, I did not ask for a refund. They will be out of business at this location soon enough

Tried a bacon triple burger- crinkle fries – chili cheese fries – crispy chicken sandwich – sweet tea -dream sickle shake . ever thing was awesome . If your looking for fast cheap made food this is not it. Our wait was about 20 minutes but it was worth the wait. If I want a good meal that I’m gonna take home and take my time and enjoy , this will be one of my places. But if I’m looking for fast food this is not it.

Ok so I tried Nathan’s for the first time. I ordered a chili cheese dog and lemme just say it was good but not worth $5. It was literally just chili cheese and nothing else I could’ve gotten it cheaper from QT. At least the QT hotdogs you get whatever topping you want and it’s still $3

I’m glad to see something new come to this location. The food was blah and expensive. Staff was rude and unapologetic even after giving me a chili dog upside down in the container. I’ve never heard of Kam Kam Chicken, but it has to be better than what this was.

An absoloute dissapointment to Nathan’s. Burger wasnt even wrapped correctly and looked like it was punched by the cook. Burger tasted like a sad piece of meat between what i dont even think are buns. Atmoslhere is filthy and staff must be new. 1/10 would not reccomend.

Everyone’s always super sweet. I work at the mall and there’s never a huge wait especially for making everything to order. Manager knows what she’s doing and runs a great staff!

Ridiculous. 2 workers that were a complete chatter box. The “hot dogs” took way too long for them to simply put into the container. On top of all of this, they were pre-cooked and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and visit another location.

As we saw the place across the food court, 4 adults were walking away with their food. We get to the counter and she says they’re closed, that they close at 6:20. It’s now 6:15. And they’re actually supposed to be open til 9, based on their hours of operation. I ask about that and she says they’re understaffed. But it’s a Wednesday night and the outlet is pretty much empty. They have no line. The 4 people I mentioned are 4 of 8 people in there eating. She should have just been honest and just said they want to go home early. Closing almost 3 hours early in the middle of dinner time. Not a great business plan.
