I ordered online. The app was very easy to use. However, when it had a time for you to choose a pickup time, it really should alert you that the order will be prepared at the time the order is placed. NOT THE TIME YOU CHOOSE TO PICKUP. My HOT sandwiches set for 1.5 hours! NOT HAPPY!

We absolutely LOVE this place, and eat here quite often! I crave it! The staff are always very nice and polite, the place is always clean, the tea is always fresh and plenty of it, and I have never had a bad sandwich. Don’t forget to round up, and donate any little bit that u can-I think this is a genius idea, and it helps ur local first responders-who in turn, can get the equipment they need to help u! We will continue to eat here, and support the local hero’s in blue !!! Keep up the good work guys!❤️

Normally we have a really good time here when ordering food, this time my husband’s sandwich had mayo on it when we asked for only meat nothing else on the sandwich. Normally we aren’t super picky but he ordered a large sandwich and he wasn’t even able to eat it so it went to waste. The employees are great but we were super disappointed getting home and starving , not being able to eat it

Reason for the low rate. I ordered a large mac and cheese the cup only 3/4 full. The price is $4.19 plus .37 equal $4.56. I ask to fill my cup and she wanted to charge me for another cup.

This was the worst experience at this place. I ordered a grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato and mayo, a bowl of potatoe soup and a bowl of chili. All I got was a grilled chicken sandwich on white bread with no lettuce or tomato and no bowle of chili or bowle of potato soup. Do better I love this place but if your employees don’t care then neither do I

Online for Veterans Day they said a free combo for veterans at all firehouse sub restaurants not participating restaurants, but in the store it was buy one sandwich get one free. I’m not understanding that. This is also the first year that I’ve ran into that on Veterans Day.
