What an amazing little gem of a place. Serving delicious Russian/ Uzbek/ Turkish cuisines (halal options available!). The lamb chops were absolutely to die for. And I am not a dessert person but I had to take away 2 servings of leilas love and napoleon cakes because they were absolutely out of this world! The staff were so wonderful and accommodating and were able to tailor to our requests. A bit on the higher end in terms of pricing but totally worth it!

Please don’t be intimidated at the international food names, everyone must try this place! First time and we were blown away! The decor is a blend of modern and traditional, with great background music. Their waiters ask you beforehand if you know how to properly eat a certain dish for the full experience, I was really impressed by that. And the food!!!!! Their khinkali are juicy and herby, and Leila’s Feta and Mozarella pie was the best version of Khachapuri I’ve ever had! The puff pastry is perfect for the cheesy blend, we so HIGHLY recommend. Prices are beyond reasonable.

Leila International Cuisine offers a great variety of globally inspired dishes in an upscale yet cozy setting. The restaurant is well-appointed and comfortable with ample seating available, so reservations are not required. We ordered the chargrilled lamb kebab plate with French fries as our side, and it was delicious. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. Many of the menu options meet Halal standards. Convenient parking is available in front of the restaurant, and we would recommend bringing cash as the restaurant offers a cash discount.

Leila’s is so special! A few months ago my husband and I had our wedding dinner here with our family! The staff were so friendly and let us come in and decorate the space for our special day. The whole family enjoyed the evening and most importantly LOVED the food!

Went to celebrate my family’s birthday and we were blown away! All the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Great options for all – we had vegetarians and people with allergies, and there were no issues. Highly recommend the pierogies. Will definitely be back!

What a pleasant surprise in Norfolk! My boyfriend and I have had our eyes on this up and coming restaurant. It can be a go to place for something casual or a place for a nice gathering, and there is a small parking lot out front.
Like in the name, there are a mix of international dishes but I opted to start with a Greek salad with all the essential toppings you could want, and an order of the tender lamb chops for my entree. The service was prompt, making the experience outstanding.
The menu has so much variety, I can’t wait to go back!

It’s day after July 4th so when we got here we were the only ones. Place is cute, hand painted artwork adorn the walls of different countries and sceneries. Clean and lots of light through. One large area divided into kitchen, lounge, dining, bar and restroom areas.
We ordered the kebab sampler that came with rice, tzatziki and tomato based sauces and pita wedges. We chose 2 sides; French fries and smashed potatoes.
The kebabs were good, chicken and beef chunks were on the dry side. The rest was good but under seasoned. Tzatziki sauce didn’t have the typical tangy taste (lack sour cream???) Best was the smash potatoes but still under seasoned.
We were the only customers and the wait staff didn’t even come by to refill our water.
Overall 3 stars.

The balance of portions and flavors literally took me on a journey. Absolutely wonderful quality of food and staff. Highly recommended. The only problem I could find was it’s too small of a parking lot!

We drove from NC to try their food and we weren’t disappointed. The Eastern European food selection was really good. The staff was extremely kind and patient. They took time to explain us what each dish is going to look like and what we should get to try.
Towards the end they offered us Leila’s loaf which was delicious. Wishing success to the restaurant owners.
