My girlfriend had some of the pepperoni pizza from here and it was so bad she threw up. Others noticed a noticable “off taste” with the pepperoni as well. Note: The pizza was eaten immediately after delivery.
Domino’s has really been going downhill these past few years. I had HORRIBLE service from Dunkirk Domino’s where I placed an order for pickup and they decided to cancel it without even telling me because they didn’t want to honor the coupon code that was placed successfully via the mobile app. The manager didn’t care in the slightest either, and after messaging corporate I was completely ignored.

Ordered two pizzas a medium and a large to be delivered. Just a cheese and pepperoni. Total $48.38 with a pre 15% tip on top of a $4.99 delivery fee. Ordered on a friday at 6:14 and was told 22-32 minutes. At 7:32 the driver called saying she would be there in 5 minutes…. Yeah not gonna order from you all again

Big sigh…… I ordered my food at 9:03pm for a late dinner and boy did I get that LATE DINNER! It didn’t arrive until 10:40pm! I called at 10pm and they said they would give me a brownie which they did, a whole box of them, great! Well, they ruined my pizza. I ordered pepperoni and tomato. I got half ham, half sausage with pepperoni all over. I HATE HAM AND SAUSAGE. So not only was my food COLD AND LATE, I couldn’t eat it luckily, I ordered the cheesy tater tots. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a great experience with Dominos, their customer service was great. They delivered the wrong order – and once I called them, they let me know they were already remaking our order and were going to redeliver it. They redelivered it quickly, let us keep the wrong order, and offered to refund the order. I was very impressed with their customer service and how quickly they redelivered our correct order!

Most times Domino’s does well; but this time not well at all. Called in a schedule pick up an hour in advance for 1 medium pizza with Olives. I had one special request to have the olives spell out something, I completely understand not doing the request due to speed of business. But I asked them to put it in the special instructions and try it would be really appreciated. None of this transpired, I was quoted $13.33 total and when my teenage daughter picked up the pizza because it was her request she was quoted $17! That infuriates me! Don’t overcharge, and attempt to provide customer service when unable.

I gotta say, this Domino’s location is KILLING IT!!!! This pizza is so darn good I had to pause my movie and write about it. Every time we go, it’s just phenomenal. You say light sauce, extra cheese, they LISTEN!! Never have to wait very long, either. Team seems to have tremendous chemistry. You all rock!! Thank you!!
