Terrible customer service. I walked into Smoothie King with no one else in the store and started placing my order, only to be rudely told to move to the front counter—which was literally a few steps away. Completely unnecessary, dismissive, and unwelcoming. If this is how customers are treated, they deserve this one-star review.

Sari was extremely helpful and patient with me. I hadn’t been to Smoothie King in awhile. She made suggestions, was willing to wait for me to get on the app, I had to request to change my password . It wasn’t worth my effort as I was in a rush to get back to work. The store was clean, music was nice and mellow which is what I needed to calm down from my fast morning. I’ll be back soon. Thanks for the great customer service .

I wrote a review about the BeltLine location but the location I prefer the most is this one. The people there make the smoothie just right. Midway location is the best. The drink was to perfection and customer service was great. But do not go to that Beltline location.

Great smoothies shop. The process of paying and to the time you received your drink it’s much faster than most places such as Jamba Juice. Great customer service. Their medium 32oz is huge n reasonable price. I like the fact they asked you what cup do I want (plastic or foam) no extra charge. Foam is better to keep much cooler. Too bad this shop is no location in the west coast or Pacific Northwest area

I just had the worst experience ever. To start, I haven’t been to Smoothie King in so long time because of making my own shakes but am needing to restock on my veggies and fruits. So this morning, I thought it would be the perfect day to get one from Smoothie King, it’s Friday, why not?!
David, who has now made himself known to me as the manager, took my order and made me feel bad for not knowing exactly why I wanted. I was trying to decided on what veggie I wanted to add to the smoothie. I choose to get a 32oz (promo buy one get one free another day) slim-n-trim vanilla (banana) add kale. He rudely interrupted me talking to another person asking for them to help the guest behind me in an annoyed tone. I finished by asking to make sure there wasn’t any additional milk and he pointed to the menu stating there isn’t any milk in there, as to make me feel stupid.
A couple of hours later I’ve barely been able to get the drink down because of it tasting weird and my stomach starts hurting really bad making me feel sick and rushing to the restroom. I called the location, David answered and I explained the concern with hopes to exchange the drink. His response was No, especially if you just don’t like it. I reiterated that I was sick after drinking it and he responded with there’s nothing here that would get anyone sick, you’re more than welcome to come in and buy another. I asked if he was the manager, then for his first and last name. He only gave me his first and said I could call corporate for the rest.
Needless to say, that’s what I plan to do. I’m very disappointed with the service and quality of the drink I received today. I don’t plan to take advantage of my free drink either

This location refused to serve us. Closed at 9 and they had their doors closed well before that time with two people working. Nothing is more frustrating than these young kids wanting to cut their shift short and lose out on business.

I got 32 oz lean chocolate with Blueberries added. Delicious low calorie and high protein. While I was there I got taste a sample of the new acai bowl. It was delicious, I definitely want to try it the full version next time.
