This was My first time in any Dairy Queen. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I went with a simple chocolate cup because I usually have a hard time making a decision. The lady asked if I want anything else and suggested toppings. I got chocolate sprinkles. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. It was very clean inside.

Dirty and cheap. The store is dirty, the bathroom was out of order, and the staff was not wearing gloves- the manager had flip flops on. All that aside, my 3 children ordered cupfections, their go to at DQ (ice cream with fudge, Oreos and warm Brownie pieces)- the “Oreos” were actually cheap generic pulverized sandwich cookies and there was a big brownie stuck on top that was hard as a rock. The Oreo blizzard had something red in it towards the middle of the cup. We ended up throwing everything away outside of the restaurant. This DQ is not being run honestly or sanitary. Do yourself a favor and get ice cream somewhere else.

I ordered the Alaska fish combo by door dash. I also ordered FlameThrower sauce. I paid for the sauce but received wild buffalo sauce instead. The worst part of my meal was the sandwich piled up with solid onion slices. This was one of the worse sandwiches I’ve ever had. I did not enjoy my lunch. Whoever made this sandwich need to be ashamed of their self. This meal was unsatisfactory..
Just to add 15 minutes later, I just threw up from what I just ate while at work. Thanks a lot DQ.

Was falsely accused of stealing a water bottle before I could even get my order out. The man behind the counter interrupted me to ask how many bottles we had, then claimed he “saw someone take something.” I showed the bottle I was holding, set it on the counter, and walked out. Check your security cameras, your judgment, and your eyesight before accusing paying customers. Disgusting interaction from the woman and man up front. Shame on you both.

Restaurant was clean and the food was made fresh. They serve chicken, french fries, and hotdog products. They do not serve hamburgers. Of course they serve ice cream. Conveniently located next to a gym.

I wouldn’t even give this Dairy Queen a single star. The owner and management are incredibly rude and provide terrible customer service. If she hates her job so much, she should consider a different career. When my son ordered a Superman ice cream without cookie dough, she still added cookie dough anyway. After repeatedly informing her that we didn’t want cookie dough, she responded dismissively, telling us to make it ourselves. She then went to the back, grabbed another cup, and continued preparing the ice cream — who knows what she put in it. I didn’t let my son eat the ice cream, and I paid her the $10 because she probably needs the money more than I do. The place also has a terrible smell, and it seems like it could really benefit from better cleaning and staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This Dairy Queen has been here for awhile and every time I have gone it has been busy.
The food and ice cream come out pretty good- it is just the wait that made me give it 4 stars.
They don’t have a large staff that works here, so it’s one order at a time and that means when the line is long you are going to have to take a seat and get comfy.
They do try their best though, so you can’t even be mad at that!
Also, the cakes I have gotten here have been great!

This place has been there for as long as I can remember. It has always been a very clean and well-kept establishment. The ice cream is always great and the prices are comparable even sometimes a lot cheaper then some of their major competitors. The food is good the staff is always nice and I have never had a bad experience here.

One of the worst places I have ever visited in my life. They treat people who go to pick up delivery orders with extreme filth.I hope that this person who deals with customers changes and that you bring someone who deals with customers better than this.
