I contacted the the manager who made my sandwich (mobile order) and requested a refund due to the quality of my sandwich. I ordered a BLT and the bacon was not cooked, there was barely any lettuce, and the tomatoes were green. I emailed the manager, Sharron, pictures – due to the quality and she still a refund because she reviewed the circumstance and said it was to subways standards. I’m just tired of there not being a lot of choices to eat 🙁

I am highly disappointed in subway. 1st my husband’s sandwich was not toasted like requested through the app, 2nd I ordered and paid 10 dollars for a pizza that the app said was an option…. Just to get up there and not receive a pizza because they don’t carry pizza, why would the app have pizza as an option if it’s not an option? Would not give my 10 dollars back, said I had to go through corporate… didn’t have to go through corporate to take my 10 dollars for nothing.

How’s there my mother-in-law? Getting dinner for the family. A staff member was Are you getting with my mother-in-law about putting extra mayo on sandwich. Then, she argued with me that she had moved onto the next sandwich when I wasn’t finished with one of the other ones. Anyway, I believe it young lady’s name was Samantha.
Hopefully, the owner of this Subway franchise will do something about this. And teach this youngster customer service.

Ordered a 6 inch sub and it’s no bigger than a 12-oz can of soda kid behind the counter didn’t even act like you wanted to be there overall poor experience will not be going back it’s like they didn’t proof the bread long enough it looked like a breadstick
