I always have a great experience at the Wendy’s in Saugus, MA. The food is consistently fresh, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly every time I visit. Their Chili is one of my absolute favorites—perfectly seasoned and always served hot. I also can’t get enough of their Apple Pecan Salad. It’s crisp, flavorful, and feels like a genuinely fresh option you don’t always find at fast-food places.
Whether I’m grabbing something on the go or stopping in for a quick meal, this Wendy’s location never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Wendy’s burgers aren’t the same anymore. They don’t taste like real beef and the texture isn’t the same. I’ve tried them a couple of times but it’s a no for me for a burger. I DO like their baked potatoes and salad options. This location has great service. I know locations don’t have control over the beef. That’s corporate.

I was trying to order at the drive thru..i got told i can’t order 3 separate orders? The worker was being very rude and had a LOT of attitude. horrible customer service! She would not explain why and completely ignored us at the window. No customer should ever be treated like that! I was ordering like a normal person would? i don’t understand the reason as to why i got ignored! horrible..she kept ignoring me????
