I don’t know if this place like certain people but I felt that they were very prejudiced towards me especially selling me the sandwich with little to no meat the customer before me had a sandwich so huge they had to remove meat from it and squeeze it several times for it to fit into the paper my sandwich had less than two pieces of meat unbelievable I would never go to this place again and I would never recommend it!! If you decide to eat at this place good luck!!!

Warning: the employees do not care enough to make your order correctly. I double checked my order to make sure it was correct before submitting it.
The sandwich I received is completely wrong and I am not receiving a refund or replacement.
I requested a 6in Ham toasted sandwich with cheese, lettuce, cucumber, and mayo.
What I received is a 6in Ham, non toasted, with tomatoes and onions. The cucumber and cheese are missing.
But be careful now, you’ll get called a liar if you call them to let them know.

I went there today around 2:30. I had not been to subway in years. I ordered 1 footlong cold cut combo and a cookie. Nothing special. I was charged over 13 dollars. The lady’s English was a little hard to understand so I asked her to repeat what she said and she pointed at the cash register and it was over 13 dollars. I paid and left. While driving back to the office I got thinking how much does Subway charge these days. According to their website it is 4.99 for the cold cut and .59 for the cookie. I was ripped off.

Maybe it’s the location, maybe it’s covid, but I was here twice in the last week and lines were small, workers were friendly and food was good. What more can you ask for. If you wanting to grab a quick sandwich in St. Charles, go to this subway, easy to get in and out of. Please give my review a thumbs up if it helps you.

Give em a break , they are human and it’s a hard world.

My husband and I used to go to this location quite a bit before Covid and when I tell you it has gone downhill since then it has gone downhill. There are two younger Indian girls that work there that are completely unprofessional. We walked in we were never greeted. we walked up to the counter They continue to have a full-blown conversation and Indian. Didn’t talk to us once the only time they talk to us was when they were asking us what we want it on our sandwich. They toasted my husband and my sandwich together and it wasn’t even toasted. just completely rude and unprofessional. We will never go back to this location.
