Ordered a footlong tuna and there’s little to no tuna-some bites in had no tuna, none of the sauce I requested on it, toppings I not only I didn’t ask for but i’m allergic to! Didn’t realize till I was 3 bites in… the chips were not packed into the bag so it was not the doordashers fault. Hire better people!

My best friend and I stopped in for a quick dinner after her son’s swim lesson. We were greeted and asked if we would like to use the new kiosks they just put in. I said no thank you, I’m not that tech savvy. And was met with well we’re going full kiosk within the next week or so, and online orders will take precedent over in customer orders. So there are 3 people working, 2 of which were standing in the lobby. Im sure one can take in customer orders; while one does online orders. Im a manager at my job and this place is far from efficient. At this time we were the only people there, so I dont know why we couldn’t just place in person orders. Thankfully I navigated the kiosk with minimal assistance. But the salad I ordered is a far cry from the salads I’ve ever gotten at any subway. It looked like a small bowl of veggies I would feed to my son’s guinea pigs. Definitely not the salads Subway pictures in their advertising or the chopped salads they were known for. The kiosks ask to leave a tip. I dont know why since, they’re only now paid to make the food; not take the orders or deal with the customers directly.

The employees here are always attentive and very nice. We especially love the manager! The bread and cookies are always fresh, which makes a big difference. I’ve noticed some negative reviews about this location, but as a regular customer, I want to share my perspective. They do have a new staff, and yes, sometimes the line can get long, but people should consider that online orders often come in back-to-back. The team has to build those tickets while also helping customers in line, and I’ve always seen them work hard to keep things moving. Overall, this is a great Subway and one we’ll continue coming back to!

Please believe the low ratings . I came in and was not acknowledged by neither of the 2 youngsters that work there . They prioritize online orders. I was standing there watching the kid make 4-5 sandwiches and finally he helped me . I never asked for jalapeno I said black olives and he just laughs like what if I was allergic? Needless to say last time for sure I’m coming here . Pathetic lazy young workers .

Went in and got sandwhiches for both my girls , and a protein bowl for myself. They were quick and very patient with my 6yr old who couldnt seem to decide what she wanted on hers. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Darius! He took his time making my sandwich, ensuring it was neatly prepared and not sloppy. He was also super pleasant and friendly you could tell he genuinely enjoys his job. Great service makes all the difference, and Darius definitely delivered. Kudos to him! I’ll be coming back!

Absoluty bad service. I ordered through the app at 7:20 and it stated that it would be ready at 735. We went in at 735 and the sandwiches were not ready. They were just starting them. I went back in at 745 and the sandwiches were not ready. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes more. They ended up being ready at 755.

I place an online order on a double chicken salad. I go to pick it up on my 30min lunch break only to bring it to work half empty and with toppings missing. Theres 5 black olives when i asked for more. I asked for more chicken but only 4 or 5 pieces, let’s just say you would get more with a footlong. You would think a subway on this side of town would be on point. But no. Never coming to this subway again. No tomatoes, no oregano, and there’s barely any lettuce! Not acceptable subway!
