Always wonderful experience here. Have been dining at Mis Amigos for many years. My favorite spot for authentic Mexican food. You feel like you are being served a home cooked meal. Very reasonably priced dishes for extremely considerate sized portions. Always consistent and the loveliest service.

We came for breakfast before a Rutgers football game on a Saturday morning. We had Huevos con Chorizo & Carne Asada con Huevos. Both were excellent with plenty of flavor. The agua de pina was a refreshing to the food. The restaurant was well decorated with lots of color and Mexican artwork.

Today 12/28 I went with friends around 3 pm. The waitress always in a hurry. Lookked like she wanted us to live. Isn’t the first time that we go there. One day I went. The server took the emty plate faster .My friend was an American. He said that the waitress was staring at me.. My friend said that waitress wanted us to leave.

Great place for authentic Mexican food. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. The food tastes great and there’s something on the menu for everyone.
Prices are okay and there’s a variety of different fruit drinks that are a must try!

They are across the street from a gym we’re opening—easy choice for us given that we like Mexican food!
I tried several tacos, all of which were tasty (see photo). Guacamole also delicious.
Though they don’t seem to have a hot/spicy house salsa, they do offer a hot Mayan-style hot sauce that is surprisingly good, especially mixed into the tacos.
Looking forward to trying more soon.
