Outstanding! I just had an early dinner here, enjoyed lamb chops and patatas bravas. Everything was prepared perfectly, seasoned appropriately and of top quality. Served by the lovely Bri (pictured) and her colleagues who all worked together flawlessly to provide exceptional service. Definitely 5 star all around!!

The paella was sooo good as well as the croquetas and the churros were divine. The owner, and the staff, were some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. Really really recommend this place

Two words: HELL YEAH. Went out to dinner with a local friend, who wanted us to try tapas for the first time. It did NOT disappoint and was so freaking good. I loved the variety of different dishes and flavors. We had the meat and cheese platter, shrimp, lamb, flan and churros and they were incredible. Best first tapas experience ever!

I ordered through doordash. The reviews looked amazing, the food was absolutely horrible. The paella tasted old, and tasted like the kind you get to microwave for 99 cents, the seafood was cooked with no seasoning or anything so zero flavor just the unseasoned seafood ….. I also got the flan , that was horrible to. It tastes just like jello pudding but with extra fake sweetener. So incredibly disappointed.

What a gem of a restaurant! Great service and amazing food. The Chef definitely adds creative depth in the sauces! The Shrimp Al Ajillo had the perfect balance of garlic, white wine, lemon & olive oil. His Bacalao Pil Pil (Cod) nearly had me wanting to lick the serving bowl … luckily they brought extra bread to keep me from embarrassing myself 😉 Clams were delish, and flan finished the incredible meal off to total satisfaction. First visit, but eager to return and sample the entire menu. It’s that good!

What a perfect addition to downtown Tucson! We have eaten here 5 times now and brought friends along twice who all agreed. Basqueria is authentic cuisine, high quality, and delicious food all around. Each paella has been better than the last we tried. All the shrimp is marvelous. Patatas Bravas is yummy. The veggie sides are excellent. Plenty for an ovo-vegetarian, maybe not a vegan. And the desserts…oh! I must return for brunch sometime soon.

We had tapas and pintxos for dinner. We enjoyed everything. The bacala was cooked perfectly and in a wonderful sauce. The jamon was well presented. A very nice octopus dish which was also properly cooked. The potatas were generous and filling. All of the hot dishes were hot when they were served. We ordered an extra plate of bread so we could finish the sauces the bacala and octopus were served in. The anchovy pintxo from the cold menu was good too. Quality anchovies really made the dish. We like the Spanish wine selection and enjoyed a bottle of Granacha. We’ve never had Basque cheesecake before, so I can’t compare it. I can say we quite enjoyed it. I hope this restaurant is able to last in this location; it’s perfect if for a leisurely dinner.

Absolutely delicious, fairly priced. Im pretty picky about restaurants. Its great to have aa Spanish restaurant in Tucson as well have been to many in other cities. Shrimp, potatos Braves, soup all were excellent. Only one thing…sangria was only passable, it had a flavor I didn’t like.

Wow the food was amazing! The staff is so friendly and the ambience is beautiful with Guitar music playing in the background setting the tone for a wonderful experience. Got the tapas trio (vegetal, atun, and chorizo and cheese). So delicious and fresh! Also had the red sangria and patatas bravas, chicken pintxo, shrimp al ajillo. Sauces are tasty and sop them up with the bread. Finished with cafe bonbon and churros! Perfecto! Will be back for paella and other dishes. Dale!!!
