I would have liked to have been able to give Chester’s more stars because I ordered Gizzards that were delicious…but served cold. I spoke to the owner about it and he didn’t give me an acceptable explanation for the coldness. They’re food stays under hot lamps but if you want Gizzards to be hot when served, you need to cook them to order.
