Some of the food is okay but it’s not worth the hassle and disrespect. My husband’s family orders from here all the time but it’s my first time eating here. We ordered an XL Pizza 4 subs and a chocolate cake. My husband’s Aunt found a hair in her sub she instantly spit the hair and food on the floor, she looked in the sub saw another hair sticking out of the side and threw it out. My mother-in-law had onions on her sub. When I ordered her ham and cheese sub I specifically asked for no onions even though they didn’t technically come on the sandwich. I made sure to ask this because she is allergic and has extreme stomach issues when ingesting onions. She took two bites of her sub and got sick, she then picked all of the onions off and not even halfway through the sub had to run to the restroom to throw up. My mother-in-law called about the food as soon as we got it to talk to them about the hair in my husband’s Aunt sub and the onions on her sub. When she called she spoke with a man over the phone and he said he was the manager and she told him what happened he then proceeded to yell at her and call her a liar followed by him hanging up on her. My husband’s Aunt then called and asked him not to hang up on her only for him to yell at her, call her a liar about the food as well and then hang up on her. We didn’t call about the pizza because we didn’t eat it yet and it didn’t look too burnt but when I took a bite it was stale burnt and had almost no sauce. The meatball sub and my husbands sub was okay but no one deserves to be talked to the way any of us were tonight and not to mention that the expectation should be set that we not have hair in our food also that allergies should be properly handled. I understand that mistakes happen which is why we called to get our food fixed. We were calm and polite at first but the way that this was handled by management was completely unacceptable and disrespectful me and my husbands family will definitely not be eating here again.

We ordered a take-out order last week. Andrea took our order, she wasn’t friendly at all, she made my husband and I feel as if we were wasting her time. We got our food, and got home. The pizza looked like it had not been tended to. There were “bubbles” that knocked off portions of the cheese and sauce. The crust was super greasy and the overall quality was terrible. My little one got sick. I called back the next day to speak with Andrea, a younger sounding girl answered the phone, I vented about my experience and sounded VERY disengaged, and ended up hanging up on me because Andrea wasn’t available. I wold not recommend this place!

This pizza place used to be wonderful!! It was my go to . Not anymore, the first issue is now they have a minimum order total of $15 in order to get a $4.75 delivery. , second the quantity of food is no longer in existence. I always order a large pepperoni and cheese pizza. I ordered yesterday got the pizza on time, customer service was great, pizza HORRIBLE!!! extremely thin, extremely dry, obviously overcooked burnt actually…. And the only flavor was my saliva trying to process the pizza and cardboard!!! I’m very disappointed and will not be eating Ohio state pizza anymore

Alright, I never do this but it needs to be done. The pizza’s solid. The gyro’s not bad. Please dear god by everything holy don’t ever get the wings. I’m not sure what they were trying to accomplish. I’d rather make out with my mom than eat whatever that was.

Ordered a pineapple pizza and got a pepperoni pizza. I am a vegetarian and I called them about it. The guy on the phone full on screamed at me as if I did something wrong. Cursed at me and screamed at me. Ridiculous. NEVER GET THIS PIZZA. DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR.

Okay, first bite and I’m hooked. This pizza isn’t messing around. The crust crunches in all the right ways but doesn’t shred your mouth. Sauce slaps—bright, rich, tangy; you want to sauce-dip your crust in the leftover. Cheese is melty, stretchy, cheesy heaven. Pepperoni bits are popping with flavor, just slightly crispy around the rim. And bonus points for basil leaves tossed on after baking—fresh touch. If pizza were a hug, this one’s a warm, cheesy, perfect hug.

Only giving one star because they won’t let you give zero. We’re not from this area, and are here for a family member being in the hospital. My son and I ordered online to have it delivered to the hotel were staying at. I ordered a small Italian sub without tomatoes or black olives, light Italian dressing. What I got was a whole lot of bread soaked in Italian dressing a whole lot of banana peppers and maybe three very thinly sliced slices of salami. I had to peel the foil it was wrapped in out of the bread. My son’s pizza was burnt and very cold.
We were told it was going to be about a 35 minute wait. After an hour and a half we still hadn’t received the order so my son calls back to see where our food is. The rude guy on the phone tells him that we never placed an order. After it was mentioned that they already took the payment out of our account the rude guys then says that we need to give details of our order. And argued that it had already been delivered. And then proceeded to hang up on him. We called them back and the same rude idiot tells us that it will be here within 10 minutes and hangs up again
Needless to say that it took over 2 hours for cold food that you couldn’t eat. And wouldnt recommend calling to complain becuz they will argue with you and refuse to make it right or give a partial refund and then hang up on ya.
