I am a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ and everybody here is always so nice and polite, service is amazing, and the workers actually work hard and put effort in making the food and serving their customers. There was this one specific lady who is always smiling and giving the best service to me and obviously others. Her name is Hiba! She needs a raise she’s so sweet and always treats her customers with good intentions. God bless her!

Joe just went into the dunks and after pretty much giving up on being taken care of like the manager said.. when I went in the guy only took the money for my coffee and told me the donut was free. I thought hey better then nothing though I thought I should of been offered a coffee 1 time for free . The manager did say they would take care of it been there at least 8 times since the meds up and never even acknowledged so I had hivinup on it and was fine with that but then the kid tells me my donut is free. I’ve paid. And tipped and manager calls me back to counter confusing the kid and myself making me believe for a second he was going to refund the coffee. But NOPE. He yellse the rice of the donut and has me pay for the item I was just told was free. Don’t know your morals. But in my world. That’s just wrong. Whatever. OVER IT. I ALWAYS GET SCREWED. Not only am I USED TO IT. But I should have known better. Shame on me. .

Probably one of the worst dunks in the area. Always drive by so Im tempted to buy a coffee but always disappointed. Iced coffee is watered down like instead of brewing a new pot they dump ice in the jug of coffee and makes it all watery. Lazy employees with attitude. Dunks on rt1 south after honeydew is only consistently good one in area.

The WORST coffee ever!
They NEVER make decaf and when ordered it’s always bitter ( def NOT decaf! I can tell) they give regular to me to keep their previous drive through line moving. The morning staff is needs more training with every aspects of their job. The afternoon staff is lovely and knows how to make good coffee!

Our pickup orders were fast, accurate, and food was tasty. We were traveling so a quick restroom trip was needed and I liked it was right off the highway. The restroom itself was well lit, clean, and not broken so that’s a plus.

Ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso, I got only oat milk instead. Don’t go here or any other fast food place in America. People bring their misery to work and make out food wrong. Disgusting

I go here almost every day and have never had a bad experience. My food order is always correct, the iced coffee is consistent every day, the donuts are fresh and they don’t burn the wake up wraps like just about every dunks around.
On weekends there are at least 5 Dunks closer to my house and we still drive to this location. The one time the frozen coffee machine went down after I paid the manager took care of me the next day.
Some of the reviews seem off. I’d be curious if those people have any positive reviews out there. If anything takes longer than a few seconds to give the customer they have you pull up to the second window. It’s a pretty solid system for such a small parking lot and keeps things moving. Again, great location that is well managed.

Definitely my least favorite Dunks, but I keep returning because it’s down the street. Staff is either rude or really slow to prepare orders…. it’s a toss up as to which you’ll get…. sometimes both. The food/ drink order is generally only 75% right. There is ALWAYS new people working. I went once and couldn’t get a latte because the machine was broken. A coffee machine. Broken. At a coffee shop. I’ll go back, because it’s convenient. So it’s on me that I return. But it’s really best avoided if you can go to another location.

I wanted a free offer but a tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich and get a free beverage offer. The clerk is supposed to scan the qr code first and I tried to let him know this but he was rude and said let me finish this first, referring to my Dunkin’s card that I wanted reloaded. Instead of scanning the qr code first he used what was on the card for my 2 sandwiches, he then scanned the qr code after using what was leftover on the card and I couldn’t then get my free beverage. I got my beverage but had to use the DD card, and on top of that I wanted to speak to a manager and there was 4 workers there and they said the manager was at home so no one knew how to fix the problem.

It’s easy,, it’s a black coffee!! Started to get my after work coffee there. Easy order, hot medium midnight (dark roast) black coffee. Been there 5 times and once it was a regular coffee, twice it was decaf, and twice it was correct. So far I have a 40% chance of getting what the sticker on the cup states. I’ll pass on Lowell St location, sorry.
