Unfortunately, Pizza Hut in Berkeley is a massive disappointment. They close down the one by me so I was forced to use them for delivery. We ordered the big New York and it came virtually without sauce, And it was completely different from what we had before. It was essentially just bread with burp or over baked pepperoni. You’ll see the photos when I post them for proof. It’s just a massive because the two $10 pieces turned into $ 36 bucks.

This place will make you wait extra long even after you’ve ordered over twenty minutes ago. I had to ask for someone else’s pizza and for my own. Hers ended up being in the oven and they didn’t realize it. They take your money and don’t tell you how long the wait is. It’s terrible customer service. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from this Pizza Hut.

received 2 burned Pizza’s, and a wrong pizza. When asked for a refund as i returned the pizza was told i would get a call from the RGM which s a dumb name for Store Manager. I called and was offered store credit +10 or my order made again. This wasnt the first flop from this location but it will be the last. Refused to refund 2 days in a row. Its a franchise so really what should anyone expect.

Somehow on the night of the Superbowl my order was transferred from Topeka Ks to this location in Berkeley IL. My order was 27.26. A medium pepperoni pizza an order of cheesesticks along with a 2 liter of Pepsi. After waiting i realized my order wasnt coming and the app was lagging or something. Im not sure how my order was transferred to IL as i have never been there. I called the location asking for my money to be put back on my card but as of Today 3 days later my money has yet to be refunded. I guess the employee just pocketed my money instead of sending me a refund. Beware of these people at this location.

I ordered food at 7:40pm and the website said to expect it around 8:30, which was fine with me. An employee called me at 8:45 to inform me that there was an issue but my food will arrive shortly. 9:30-I call about my order, since its almost been TWO HOURS after placing my order and 45minutes since I was last contacted. I wasn’t all too happy and I just cancelled my order, for which I received “Thank you ma’am, have a good night.” That was the icing on the cake for me. I’ll never order from here again.
