The Los Tacos Hermanos on Canal is such a great place to pop in for some quick, delicious Mexican food.I’ve had a few things from their menu over time, and everything has always been good. Their menu is expansive, as most Mexican places are, and you’ll have no problem finding things you like. The biggest challenge is deciding what to order. This time around it was a simple snack; a chicken and a steak tacos. Both were great. I can’t even say which one was better because they both had their own distinct flavors and textures. I could have easily eaten a few more with no problem. They have a few tables inside and outside, so it’s easy to just relax and enjoy your food. I really like this place. It’s good Mexican fare at a decent price. Recommend!

Just when I thought tacos couldn’t get any better, I stumbled upon this culinary gem. The chicken tacos were an amazing revelation-perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. Order at least 2 or you’ll end up ordering again! …..it’s that good. The store-crafted sauces were the ideal complement too, enhancing each bite with their unique, mouth-watering profiles. And, as a wonderful surprise, these tacos were full-sized, not the mini versions often served at other venues. This place has truly redefined my taco experience! The staff members were very friendly adding to the intimacy of this small space.

Delicious, but pricey. Small little shop with minimal indoor and outdoor seating, but I got my tacos to go. The al pastor is delicious, but the meat was just a little tough in my opinion. But they tasted divine! That said, the shrimp tacos are my favorite here. It’s hard to pick what to get, but everything tastes good and fresh and flavorful. Friendly but efficient staff. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is the price per taco, but in this part of the city, that’s hard to avoid.

I got two Carne esadas steak tacos and it was great. I’m really bad with spice so I’m glad there was an option for a nonspicy taco. When I went to the Times Square location it wasn’t like that, so I liked this location more. My friend got the chicken bowl and she liked it, and the portion size was really good for the price

We ordered tacos, quesadillas, and the bowl! Lots of protein in each. Was a great quick stop for a snack.

Do not let the casual vibe of this place confused you for their delicious fine quality food. Great spot for some Mexican food. This places Comes in very clutch if you’re in the area. I mean the food was fresh, delicious, good serving sizes, great service. There’s a reason why you might see a line when you’re here but trust me it’s worth the wait. I bought their Al pastor nachos and esquites. I loved every bite of it.

Excellent shrimp tacos on corn tortillas (the flour isn’t as good!). I liked them better without the guacamole sauce and instead with some of the cilantro sauce that’s on the tables. Chicken taco was good too but much greasier and that matters to me atm so for anyone else wondering there’s that. Really I’d give them 4.5 stars because they’re at los tacos no 1 prices and not quite at that level – but considering I find myself walking by these guys often I’ll absolutely duck in here more often!

This place is the nastiest taco place I’ve ever ever eaten in New York City. The prices are extremely too high. I paid about $30 for two tacos and a birria quesadilla. The consommé was made of chickpeas and that was so disgusting. I’ve never had that in my entire life. Plus, I hate all of this new age spin on Mexican classics. I don’t know what kind of cheese they use, but it did not belong in any of the food I ate. The atmosphere is low quality, nothing unique or special about this place. It’s just located in Soho, and I think that’s their excuse for pricing. A large menu full of basic food.

I decided to try this spot on the whim of craving some tacos. I ordered the shrimp quesadilla, 2x Al pastor tacos, and 1 chicken taco. I ordered maybe 30 minutes before closing time, and the staff was patient and nice. The food was deliciously enjoyable. I’ll definitely frequent this quite often, and of course, to try other items on the menu.
