Excellent customer service. My wife and I came in for a quick coffee.. we have been plenty of times.. but this time was exceptional. My wife ordered the London Fog and i told the Barista something mocha and something strong. She did an excellent job. The coffee is always good.. but it was her genuine attitude when she said.. I got you.. that made me feel special. Thank you for uplifting my day.

I went here once about a year ago and there was a very young girl, maybe 12 or 13 at most, working the cash register for some reason. She was very sweet but there was a grown man with her behind the counter (her father maybe) that was berating her. She must have been having a hard time using the register and the man standing over her was intimidating and was scolding her in front of everyone. It was very cruel and I felt the need to write a review as I heard it is still under the same ownership and more locations have opened.

I tried out the new location in Jackson today. I wanted to take a moment to say the young lady handling the drive through was absolutely amazing!! She had strawberry blonde hair, I think (it was 6am and dark). She was the sweetest, bubbliest, breath of fresh air!! The coffee was great too!

I absolutely love their lattes. I always receive great customer service. I do wish they could redo their avocado toast recipe. The mix they use is terrible and I couldn’t eat more than a bite of it. Also wish they had a drive through just for personal preference with having to drag kids out and what not but, the atmosphere is great for when I get to sit and do my school work.

My sister, brother-in-law, and I walked in at 1:50pm and ordered two lattes and a cold brew. The barista was extremely nice even though there was only 10 minutes before she was to close. We walked out with three minutes to spare. Great coffee, great service, and I would certainly recommend to anybody.

Usually super great staff. Super close to school so it’s nice to go there after school lets out with friends and study for our harder classes. I love all of their tea, coffee, and frappes. Their smoothies are awesome too. Don’t have any pictures right now, but it’s small and cozy and I love it.
