Honey Dew was a staple growing up, so leaving a 1-star review is the last thing I want to do. Especially since my last visit was absolutely pleasant, where my baby brother and I had great service from this young gentleman (who probably doesn’t work there anymore). Today around 11:20am, I went inside and ordered a chicken salad sandwich since I was craving it lately. The two young Caucasian girls didn’t ask if I wanted my croissant toasted and said they could only warm it up (basically refusing a remake). Talk about being stingy…Don’t come here unless you want to receive passive aggressive racism. I’ve communicated with corporate.

Honestly a real shame as someone who is a barista myself at a thriving establishment so I’m able to provide great hospitality — either way, I don’t project attitude onto customers. Do better Honey Dew!

The staff is nice and the building appears to be kept well. Unfortunately, I have been here twice. The first time I muscled down a coffee that was not made how I had asked for as there was a lot of confusion when trying to order it and the headset the person was wearing was super low. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate raspberry latte. I was given a coffee. I went back and asked for it to be a latte as the receipt said coffee and not latte as well. The gentleman working there unfortunately was not sure how to make a latte and asked me a few times the steps I was asking for. I simply asked a for a chocolate raspberry latte with no added sugar. The woman once realizing it said she would make it. She confirmed again what I wanted and even asked what type of milk I wanted which I replied 2% please. I received what looks like a cup of cream with maybe a some coffee in it. No espresso flavor at all. Milk and espresso not separated typically like a latte would be. No raspberry chocolate. I then had to ask for the raspberry chocolate in which I believe she put the coffee brew flavored coffee in it. I never heard the espresso machine be used and honestly they were closing in 40 minutes. Not sure if they didn’t want to use the machine to dirty it up or the espresso was in a container some where. I think with some training this could be a great place to get coffee. I will however will not be attempting to get a coffee there any time soon.

I’m sure everyone at this honeydew is doing the best. They can with the gifts that they’ve been given, but is ordering food from a drive through supposed to be this stressful? I don’t know, sorry, guys. I guess you caught me on a bad day. Or this is like the fifth time in a row where my order was wrong. No problem we’ll keep trying…

Honey Dew? What can I say. They almost never get my order right. Today I asked for no ice in my cappuccino’s Guess what? Ice, tons of ice! First of all, we do not have the cappuccino’s until after 4. So by then they suck as they are watered down. Secondly, I have sensitive teeth and cannot tolerate ice so I took the ice out today and I had a half a cup of coffee. I am paying over $6 for this coffee. Charge me a small fee for no ice if you want, but half a cup for $6 change? Really! Unacceptable. I am paying for coffee, not ice,!;!! And as a delivery customer, I am paying a premium price already. This is the only donut shop that does this. Other shops never put ice in my drinks. Also, my boss will pay for the order as we are having a meeting, but she needs a peper receipt. Without a receipt, I cannot get reimbursed so I am out $30 . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I’ve ordered ahead on the app, and both times my order was not ready when I arrived. Both times they didnt even know about my mobile order. This morning at 710am there were two young adults working. The service was so slow, that customers in line ended up leaving. This means the store lost money. I prefer the taste of honey dew over dunkin, but unfortunately the service is super slow. I do want to make sure its known that the two workers were friendly and they made my order while also trying to take care of the drive thru.

This one is cold. It has a cold feeling. The workers are not friendly like other ones. You definitely don’t feel special when there and that is what sets a good coffee shop apart from a bad or ok one. The coffee here is ok and the prices are good. They don’t even let you use the bathrooms making this 3 star establishment a 2 star. I can’t pee when drinking a coffee. Weird I know. What are we 10. I even asked for the bathroom pass and they still said No!

Used to love this place. The staff that works there is wonderful, very friendly, accommodating, smart, polite. Just wonderful. But the powers that he have changed the recipes for the donuts and they’re just lousy now. They used to be so good but they are very chemical tasting now and just flat out not good. Coffee is still good but without the donuts I have no reason to go anymore.

Super friendly staff. I don’t have a complicated order, but other shops tend to not make it correctly. This one though makes it perfectly. May be my new favorite honey dew around.
