I come here multiple times a week and love the vibe and the staff! recently I’ve noticed that some mornings the drive thru wait is longer than usual and whenever I get to the window it’s the same manager working it. Last week I sat outside a closed window holding out a cash tip for over a minute with her back turned to me. Finally a different employee came over and took it from me. I’ve gone elsewhere lately because the wait has derailed my morning multiple times

I came in to Order Venti Mango Dragon Fruit with water refresher and made so clear to shake it but what does the Brewster Riley do in front of me she doesn’t shake at all, so I asked her to shake it please! My question is why aren’t you shaking g it from the beginning to me the answer is laziness and don’t care about the paying customers because if you did you would have been doing it correctly from the first time! but it’s been nothing but disappointment and a waste of money. I work in the area and I have many clients that have had the same experience as I have.
The first month opened, the coffee was great! Since then, there is something wrong every time! It’s either not made correctly or it’s burnt. For how much Starbucks coffee cost, you’d think they would make this right..
I no longer go to this Starbucks and I advise my clients to go elsewhere for their coffee as well. Even when I’ve had my coffee order remade, it was somehow worse. The employees were always pleasant but the coffee is horrendous no matter what I’ve ordered. I don’t understand why this is so hard to correct? But I will never get coffee at this location again.

This is the first time I can ever say that I got burnt coffee at a Starbucks. It’s that even possible? I ordered my large, hot, white chocolate mocha with no whip at the drive through around 5:25pm tonight. Looks like more training is needed here as this is a new location. I’ll be back, just not right away. I work close by so there’s time.

It’s a great place to study or work, but they play the music so loud—especially when the young staff are working alone, and the manager isn’t around—that I can’t concentrate, even with my AirPods. I don’t mind music, but the place gets as loud as a nightclub.
