I don’t make a habit of reviewing chains, and I stopped giving bad reviews. I only take the time to post if food and/or service are above and beyond. Subway is crazy-expensive. That’s not the fault of anyone in the store. I went in the store, ordered 3 sandwiches, and received the order as expected. What was different today was the friendliness of the employees. They chatted, smiled, and were generally courteous. That is rare lately. The food was as one would expect at Subway- no issues with what I ordered.

My husband and our two kids stopped to grab four sandwhiches for a quick dinner to take the park and enjoy. As we went to place our orders many employees acted distant and confused, the elderly women wearing a back brace who appeared to be in a position of leadership not only disrespected my family but her employees as well. As our young son tried to practice his confidence and order himself, the older lady repeatedly rolled her eyes and shook her head as he ordered three meats. She yelled at employees as we tried to order. Then at the end of our order informed the employee, not us, that she cannot even accept our form of payment. This was a shockingly unfortunate experience for our young boys who tried to order for themselves and felt judged and embarrassed but we feel horrible for that older ladies employees as well. They were treated stupid. Very disappointed. And slowest experience ever.

I placed an online order for picking up in 1 hour. I got the email confirmations to prove with time stamps. I show up 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and was informed they “just started the first sandwich” and then someone else chimed in and said “just got the order 5 minutes ago”. I said I ordered an hour ago for pickup. They argued with me and told me that I did not, they just got the order. I informed them I have the emails to prove that I did place the order an hour ago. They informed me that I “ordered 6 sandwiches and it’ll take them a minute because they just started on my order.” I told them that’s why I ordered ahead of time so it’d be ready by the time I got here. They continued to argue with me telling me that I did not place my order until a few minutes ago.

I do not appreciate being called a liar when I clearly have the emails from Subway to prove it.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I will not be returning!

The person waiting on me was as uninterested and rude as anybody could ever get, but on top of that after having ordered double turkey on this sandwich as you can see a good four inches of one side has no turkey whatsoever,! $15.50 for a sandwich that looks and tastes like it came out of a factory vending. And the vending machine would have been much nicer!

Quick and easy. The bread was fresh. Vegetables crisp. I even had to admire the preparers when assisting what I would call a challenging consumer.

Service wasn’t bad and place was clean. The real disappointment was their new footlong nachos. It had 1 snack size dorito package, a teaspoonfull of finely chopped steak, 3 pieces of tomato diced by hand and maybe a tablespoon of cheese sauce. I understand it’s only $5 but definitely not enough for the expectations of a footlong. It didnt even fill half the container its sold in. Wish Id taken a picture. They could have saved money and juat put it all in the Doritos bag! Dont waste your money!

I thought subway workers were called “sandwich artists”. Got 3 sandwiches and when we opened them up they looked like they were made by a 3 year old. What ever happened to making sure everything was inside the sandwich and cutting it after. This is BY FAR the worst subway you could go to. And I would also like to state that Lydia is the worst worker I have come into contact with. Her attitude and the way she spoke was absolutely terrible. DO NOT recommend this subway. You’re better off making the drive to the other locations in Kokomo.

I ordered through the drive through it took forever! There were no cars in front of me from the time I pulled to the microphone to when I got my sandwich almost 20 mins passed. I only ordered a basic 6in turkey sub not toasted just turkey, cheese, veggies & mayo. It was lunch time so I am sure they were busier inside but it took in my opinion too long. The employee was very nice, apologetic for my wait and appreciative of my patience which made for a better experience.

Edit: update 4 years later. Still not a good place to eat. Still seems perpetually understaffed and sandwiches are always wrong in one or two elements. Have not noticed repeat of bait-and-switch pricing, so that’s good.

Store seems understaffed, took me 30 minutes to get three sandwiches. Also charged me more than the price listed on their menu; worker informed me they increased prices but have not yet obtained the materials to update menu. I had to notice this on my receipt and ask about it, as they did nothing to inform me about the discrepancy between what they charge and what they say they charge.
