Literally in tears! I drove 10+ extra minutes passing 2 Starbucks special to come here. (It’s been a hard morning & I needed good vibes)
The consistent great energy from the baristas and the customers are something you’d expect from a small mom and pop shop- not big corporate Starbuck!
The management team has cracked the code of EXCELLENT customer service AND COFFEE- no other Starbucks compares! (And I’m a loyal – I know the color of how my coffee should be kind of customer)

I see why this Starbucks has such great ratings, people are so kind and genuine. Not that at others they aren’t but this Starbucks actually gives me small cafe vibes. They know their regulars names and seem to genuinely care more than any other Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Coming back here more often for sure.

the girls there today at 10am were so rude. i could tell that they were stressed but i wasn’t pushy at all and still got attitude even though i waited patiently for my drink for 10 minutes after it said it was ready. be better ladies. just because someone else made you get upset, doesn’t mean i deserve your anger.

Went in and was greet by one of the baristas named Marie. She had a big smile and asked about my day and how it was going. She was super sweet and caring and made my visit feel important.Very pleased with the service and my coffee was amazing!

Like to start the day with my Venti Iced Chai Latte. We like ours with 8 pumps of Chai and Lite Ice in our Personal Cups. The service is great whether we use the modile app, or order in the store. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and this is our favorite local Starbucks. For us, local is about 12 miles each way, or just a slight detour when travel towards Roseville.

I am very happy that your location is open again. Truly I am. Your branch just needs to take our health a bit more serious. People should not be allowed to just pack into that little tiny space. Perhaps you need someone at the door to monitor how many people actually walk into your building as customers don’t seem to “get it.” Yes, we all want our coffee, but our health is still an issue. Taking the chairs away is not enough to help people really understand distance is STILL a thing.

Spent a day working remotely here. The baristas were very nice and were happy to accommodate special requests, even when I wasn’t quite sure what I was asking for. I was able to find a seat near a power outlet and wasn’t bothered all day. WiFi worked great streaming music and keeping a low-latency ssh connection up all day. Excellent emergency/temporary office location.
