Happy New Year everybody. I came to pick up our sandwiches as I ordered online and paid online. I get here and the owner/manager is inside with the doors locked advising me they are closed as he’s doing his accounting. I say no problem, how do I get my money back for a refund bc I paid already. He shrugged his shoulders and said go away he won’t assist me. I then called the Subway around the corner to see if they could pull my order since we already paid and the guy said unfortunately not and said he’s sorry about the inconvenience, to call corporate and get a refund. This owner/manager heard me on the phone and I started taking his picture so he ran to the back. You can’t make this stuff up. I’ll be messaging and calling corporate now. Stay away from this place unless you are trying to be robbed.

The middle eastern looking guy that owns and runs this joint used to be okay, but now he’s gotten so cheap that he won’t accept nationally recognized coupons for his own restaurant chain with which he is a part. We drove all the way out here to use a standard 2-for-$x.xx coupon, and his store wanted to make all kinds of additional caveats and exclusions that are clearly NOT restricted on the coupon. (the coupon already says which subs you CAN’T get, but this cheap-o wants to limit you to the standard old fashioned basic cheaper subs).
I won’t be returning to this restaurant ever again thanks to the owner and his methods.

Placed an order online and it didn’t go through. At first there was confusion but after showing that our money had been taken and we showed the receipt they made our subs and offered complimentary waters as well. We were also given coupons for the future. Much appreciated!

Owner is very nice. One , if not the oldest Subways in Greenville,SC. Owner has always been very pleasant. The food is always fresh and prepared as you like it.I have been there many times over the years. It’s always clean and service is great. Yes I will continue to eat there.

This Subway is hit or miss. The main issue I have is they don’t accept their own coupons. Also the owner is rude sometimes, I guess depending on how his day went. They give good size portions compared to some other Subways in the area, but they are about 15% higher on everything.

The brother and sister that run this Subway right next to Chick-fil-A on Wade Hampton Boulevard or great customer service reps very friendly they have 100% of my Subway business now. The new wraps are to die for very healthy an extremely tasty.

I love this store. It is not so big, but enough to be very comfortable. The employees and the owner is super friendly and often at time the employer, or the super visor would give me a free cookie. They are so welcoming and I’m one of their faithful customer. Their restaurant is also very clean and neat even in their bathrooms. I love this store!

This is an older store but it is kept up well which cannot be said for the rest of the building it is in. They were quick to get our food ready and get us on our way. They were not overly talkative but that is ok cause we had just woken up and were off to a hike.

I’ve been going too this Subway for two months and there’s always a problem. Little to no meat, missing food, etc. Things that you order online aren’t available in store but you’re still charged. Once you ask for a refund the owner gives you a hard time then blatantly lies to you.
