Thought I’d leave a review because I was kind of scared to go here because of previous reviews. Every papa johns in this area has bad reviews so maybe it’s hit or miss. But our food was great. The pizza was cooked perfectly and good amount of cheese. The garlic knots were a little over cooked which wasn’t great but they still tasted good. I did tip $8 so maybe that helps.

I accidentally delivered to the wrong location on Saturday night. The delivery driver called, was happy to be redirected to the correct address across town, and still accomplished the mission. And the pizza was still hot. What a legend.

I thought I could try a different Papa John’s location since the one on Sheridan is terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats.
All customization requests were disregarded (I asked for light sauce and no pepperoni on my meatball Papadia, but it was swimming in sauce and contained pepperoni) and both items I ordered were burnt. The Papadia managed to be both burnt on the edges but also soggy and falling apart in the middle thanks to the heavy sauce.
Rest assured I learned my lesson in thinking I could EVER get a decent meal from a Papa John’s location. Your employees just don’t care.

I happened to walk by and stopped in to get a pizza for dinner. It was very good. The oreo cookie bites were not good, no fault of the employees

I ordered a large pizza.The works thin crust and bone in hot lemon pepper Chicken wings I received boneless hot lemon pepper chicken wings. I called to let them know that I got the wrong chicken wings and they told me they couldn’t refund or anything because they can’t do that with chicken wings.Then they try To say I was lying basically Because he said the driver picked up the right Wings with order and I said no, they didn’t these chicken wings.I got are nasty They don’t even taste like chicken I asked.
To speak to the manager because I was speaking with the assistant manager. And he said she’s busy so don’t ever order from Papa. John’s, they’re not all that anyway.!!! And I spend 47.89 with taxs and tip for driver

My pizza was done sooner than expected. The gentleman working there was great and his customer service was refreshing. It’s hard to find people that gives good customer service let alone great customer service like he does. Oh and the pizza was good too.

So last night I got 2 stale pizzas from this store via delivery. Then why five stars, right? Well I called tonight and asked if they could do something. Without any objection, they sent replacement pizzas right over and they are exactly what I would expect. This is good costumer service at a master level.
