Excellent pizza every time we dine in—consistent and delicious. The Deluxe is always a solid pick! You can tell the locals know what’s up too… tons of carryout action whenever we’re there. If you want reliable, old-school good pizza with great service-Highly Recommend!

There was a cook out in the lobby taking a phone call, the salad was almost forgotten about, and the worst part in my opinion was the noodle dish that we ordered.
Flavorless, soupy, and absolutely drowning in oil… I took one bite after getting rid of most of the oil, hence why I know it was flavorless. We went there once prior and the food was fairly good, this will be our last time giving them our money though.

Three times in a row they have forgot something. This time no Aujus when I called back she is like sorry they normally put it in there ask for manager for business did not have number. This will be the last time going here. No offer for resolution to make it good. They act like they dont care horrible service dont go here save your money.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. The wait time for our order was unreasonably long, far beyond what was communicated, and there was no meaningful update or apology while we waited. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait in any way. Everything arrived poorly prepared and lacking even basic flavor or quality. For the price paid, the execution was unacceptable. As a customer, I genuinely felt taken advantage of. This experience left me feeling frustrated and misled, and I would not return or recommend this place based on the quality and service provided.

Ordered to go lunch for work. We did not get either of our salads that came with our spaghetti. We were told that everything would be done by 12:10, did not get done until 12:30. The two Italian beef sandwich boxes were mushed together, see picture. Very disappointing.

We’re new to the waukee area and decided to give Scornovacca’s a try. Me and my family went last Saturday. Food was okay, mediocre at best. Compare able to Olive Garden. However our waitress was the best. She was nice and very considerate despite having to multitask with her being the only person working there. She definitely deserves a raise!
Edit: I gave it a second try to be welcomed by an uninterested new face and boring food again. Again the pizza is so hard you could chip a tooth and the server looked so bored and was unprofessional. The monotone voice was the last straw for me.

I got a piece of Lemoncello Cake. I had this one time before and it was so delicious. Light and moist. It is 6.95 a slice and not that big. This time I got it home and it was hard as a rock. Obviously old. Very disappointed! Peopke that work in restaurants just don’t care anymore. Especially if your not eating it there! Would the worker have eaten what they gave me to eat? I doubt it!

I was picking up a DoorDash and it was very busy at the time. A lot of people were in the lobby waiting for pizzas. I waited 45 min to be told they no longer knew where my order went. Unfortunately, it’s the people up front that take the heat and it isn’t their fault. The girl up front was obviously stressed and needed help.
However, I had to explain two to customers over the phone, that I could not pick up there order because it was lost. I personally lost money and my time was taken when I waited for my orders that never were made. I asked the lady up front if there was anything she could do to make up for my time and money and all I was offered was a cookie. I was upset but took it and left. I left with a cookie and lost $35.
This place needs to hire more people. One person can’t wait tables and manage take out at peak time.
