We are a family-owned artisan chocolate shop, that specializes in small batch chocolate, baked goods, coffee, teas, and, most importantly, hot chocolate! We strive to make artisan chocolate approachable and provide an eclectic space to sit, sip, and savor! We have now opened a new restaurant inside the chocolate shop!! Pantoufle’s bistro menus and reservation link can be found by clicking our website link in our profile. We serve lunch Thursday and Friday. Dinner Thursday through Saturday. We have been coming to this chocolate shop for many years, every time we go to Floyd! All the workers are very kind, especially the owner, who is very knowledgeable about chocolate. The chocolate truffles are phenomenal, as well as the hot chocolate. They never disappoint. Always a staple place to stop when you are in Floyd!!!!

Gorgeous little chocolate shop! As a self-proclaimed chocoholic, I can verify this is one of the best chocolate shops I’ve ever visited! Don’t let the quaint exterior fool you: this lovely little shop contains not only locally-made goodies, but delicacies from around the world! The owner was very welcoming and even encouraged us to have samples of any chocolates we were interested in (including *the* best hot cocoa I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying!). These treats will transport you to their country of origin with a taste and sense adventure that is truly an experience. They even have chocolate teas, soaps, FROZEN hot cocoa (whoa), daily fresh-baked goods, custom truffle boxes, and more. It’s great for gifts or a little treat for yourself. It would be dangerous if I lived closer, but this is a MUST visit for any chocolate lover!

Their hot chocolate is excellent and they know it. The polite confidence of our server only raised my expectations and they do not disappoint. In from Oregon and this bistro is worth the stop. All chocolate lovers must exit here and have the hot chocolate. Staff are excellent. Brunch was fabulous.

What a great little chocolate shop. Grayson and Jenn are such wonderful friendly couple who are dishing out some of delectable choclate treats I’ve tasted. I highly recommend the lemon lavender, chocolate salted caramel, and strawberry truffles coupled with a cup of their delicious mocha java. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been to artisanal chocolate shops all over the world and Cocoa Mia is one of the best. Their stock is incredibly curated with bars from Dubai, China, etc. One of the owners, Grayson, approached us and offered us a sample taste of anything they stock (unheard of customer service) which was great because the choice was so overwhelming! He tailored our tasting to what we liked and then also suggested some new things to try. If you are passing through Floyd, don’t miss this experience, especially the hot chocolate which Grayson told us was modeled after his memories of Paris cafes in his younger days. They even give you free samples of this delicious elixir in cute little mugs. A peak experience you don’t want to miss!

A lovely stop for an afternoon pick me up for two weary travelers! We happened upon this place after an afternoon at the winery, and were welcomed with such friendly vibes. My friend and I visited Floyd recently and we visited Cocoa Mia TWICE while there. The owner and his wife are super friendly and knowledgeable about everything chocolate. After enjoying some of their truffles during our first visit, we went back a second time for more truffles, chocolate tea and sipping chocolate. Highly recommend!
