There is an employee here who literally treats this place like it is her home, and every customer is a special guest visiting. In one sitting, I will see this employee greet customers, bring your food to the table, refill your drinks, wipe the tables, sweep the floor, and tell the customers to have a good day as they depart. This employee has done all the above as I am eating my meal lol. Every time I dine-in, she is always physically present. It is apparent she is the heart and soul of this Chick-Fil-A. The best part, she does all of this with a great attitude, effort and spirit. She is the model of service and hospitality. She got’s it. Every work place needs this type of person, and they’re rare to find. I believe her name is Donna. Older woman with a young spirit. Keep up the good work, and positive attitude, it’s contagious. I had a terrible experience at this location this morning. First, I wait 30 minutes at curbside for my order. I went inside, and my order was sitting there! I said “this order has been sitting here the whole time?!” She was like sorry, we hadn’t had a chance to take it out there. Then I get back to my vehicle to see they are missing my chicken biscuit. I go back inside, and she tells me oh, there’s 10 chicken biscuits ahead of you, you will have to wait. Why do I have to wait when y’all are the ones who didn’t put my biscuit in there in the first place?! That is ridiculous! I got a refund for the missing biscuit, but because my toddler was waiting and hungry, I couldn’t return all the food like I wanted to. I said I have already been waiting for 30+ minutes, and she said everyone has had to wait. We got slammed all at once. The wait was one thing, but the fact I went inside and my food was already sitting there. Then y’all are the ones who made the mistake, and you tell me I have to wait even longer for y’all’s mistake, shows a level of customer service that I am not used to from Chick-fil-a. I am disappointed at this level of customer service as I typically have amazing experiences here, but I am now turned off to this location.

I have had repeated and unacceptable experiences at this Chick-fil-A location. Nearly every visit results in my order being missing and me having to get out of my vehicle. I was initially excited about this location opening because of its proximity to my job, but it has proven to be consistently unreliable.

In July, my coworkers and I each placed individual orders, and I was tasked with picking them up. After going through the drive-thru, I was handed all of the drinks and then informed that two out of three food orders could not be located. A manager confirmed the orders were missing and instructed me to pull forward. Only one order was eventually brought out, forcing me to park, exit my vehicle, and go inside to retrieve the remaining food. No apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered.

Today’s experience was a repeat of the same failure. I placed a single curbside order under the name Destiny and was unable to access the link to indicate my parking location. I went through the drive-thru to notify staff and was told this was okay and to pull to the window to retrieve my order. After pulling forward, only to be told—by the same employee involved in the July incident—that my order could not be found. This occurred despite the presence of multiple order systems and screens that should prevent this exact issue at ANY fast food restaurant.

Once again, I was required to park, leave my vehicle, and go inside to retrieve my food, wasting a significant portion of my lunch break. Once again, there was no apology, accountability, or attempt to make the situation right.

Chick-fil-A is widely known for operational efficiency and exceptional hospitality. This location reflects neither. The repeated mismanagement, lack of communication, and complete absence of customer service places this restaurant far below the standards Chick-fil-A claims to uphold. I will gladly drive to the farther location rather than return to this one. “My pleasure”…… a joke

This is not the first time my order has been EXTREMELY wrong or missing items. I let it slide because I’m too exhausted to go inside or wait in the long line. I also understand mistakes happen, but this is constant with this location. Tonight is the final straw. We were missing Mac & cheese, 2 set of fries for the kids meal, no sauce, napkins or straws. We pulled back around and told the lady. She said I can’t help you, you have to wait in the line for them to help. So we waited. Luckily someone behind us ordered ice cream and we were able to tell the young lady the problem and ask for a refund. She took the food, we still have to wait in line. When we got to the door area the girl said we refunded you already. My husband ask for a receipt for proof. No apology was giving, it was like no big deal. How is that ok after having to wait in a long line twice. Needless to say I’ll would rather drive the extra 10 mins to Sienna location then to keep dealing with this location.

Team is Super friendly. Food is excellent and tne place is clean. Today seemed extra special as that’s how the person who served us made it feel. Felt very welcomed. Even gave wished my boy a happy birthday and gave him a birthday treat. Thanks Chick-fil-A ❤️ and a special thanks to the kind man who made us feel at home.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.
I ordered the 4-piece chicken strips 7pm on feb 4th, but each strip was literally only about the size of two nuggets. The color looked like it had been overcooked a long time ago, the aftertaste was not fresh at all, and the texture was extremely hard to chew — it almost choked me.

I was wondering how the manager was able to bring my food out immediately after I finished ordering at the cashier. Now I realize they must have given me old food.

I also ordered a deluxe sandwich, and the chicken in the middle tasted extremely salty.

Oh my God, how could this Chick-fil-A be so terrible? Such a waste of my money and time.

Unprofessional manager, a professional worker, unprofessional chef. Please fix this or close.

If I could give zero stars I would but since I can’t, I’ll have to settle with 1. My last two visits here have resulted in me leaving with extra items that I did not request but did get charged for and each time, I did not have the time to go back. The service is already slow here but to add items to the order that were not requested, that’s going a tad bit too far. It’s almost like they are running a competition on who can sell the most chicken nuggets because thats what they seem to think I want. I’ve tried calling them multiple times and have left messages requesting a call back but they absolutely will not answer the phone nor return my call. I even tried a different prompt and spoke with a representative in the catering department who also tried calling them with no luck. If you want efficient and HONEST service, its worth the extra few minutes to drive further down 6 to another location.

I come here often, and I’ve noticed the service has decreased drastically. My baby brother was excited about using the card we received in the mail for a chicken sandwich. However for some reason the card wouldn’t scan, I asked what was wrong and the guy completing orders was dismissive and stated that it’s been used. “nothing he could do about it”. We just received these cards 2 days ago and haven’t used them. This occurred during the drive thru line. I will not be back customer service is subpar, I rather spend my money at the other location where the employees are kind. Also he didn’t try to problem solve. 0/10 do not recommend. I came home and tried to upload the cards to my app and it worked. The employees lack patience.

I wasn’t happy with the service today. I ordered three 30-count nugget boxes (90 nuggets total) for an office event, and was surprised when they arrived in separate boxes with no serving trays. I mentioned it was for an event, but was told I’d need to pay an extra $5 for a tray — which I agreed to — yet no tray was provided. Instead, I received only a small plastic spoon, not even proper serving tongs.

I’ve placed similar orders many times before and have never run into this issue. I was told trays are only included with 64- or 120-count orders, which doesn’t make sense considering my order totaled 90 nuggets. Disappointed with the inconsistency and lack of customer service today.
