I had a cheese pizza and cheese bread sticks. Pizza tastes okay but the cheese sticks I got is worst of all times. It’s totally greasy. It just taste like oil nothing else. Totally disappointed. I request some reply for the meal. And the service is way delayed

We moved to South Carolina 2 years ago and finally found our go-to pizza place. We’ve been here a few times this year and haven’t been disappointed. We ordered a butcher shop pizza with Alfredo sauce and a club hoagie sandwich. Both were excellent!

*** Edited to add: the management (Chad) did email an apology and offer to make it right. Then when he never did the phone # and even the email is out-of-service or unable to leave a message anymore…finally after a month I got a refund.
First time order and it’s been a cluster – I’ve actually never been more disappointed in a food delivery order – first they forgot my 2 liter drink so I called to have the charge removed and there was no effort to make it right or an apology for any of my orders other issues – The bread on the $9 sandwich was wet & soggy, the calzone has RAW dough inside of it because it wasn’t cooked long enough so isn’t even edible – and the taco pizza didn’t have the $1.50 add-on sour cream, and there was no salsa to speak of – the hamburger meat has no taco seasoning so it’s more like a burger type pizza – the lettuce on top was so sparse you’d think there was a shortage – seriously, this is the worst food experience I’ve had because I can’t even get any of my $ back for what I didn’t receive or what wasn’t edible – the employee claimed I have to contact door dash even though I ordered via the Palmettos website and door dash says the restaurant has to refund me – so no one is doing anything to make it right. I have ordered from Palmetto Pizza when I go to the bingo hall. Just in the last month I found out that they’re supreme Pizza was awesome I literally can’t wait to go to bingo to order the pizza because it’s like five or six doors down it comes with the toppings and it actually comes with extra cheese it’s $31 which is kind of expensive even more than Joe’s New York Pizza but I felt like it was all worth it the way it came before well last night we ordered a pizza and when it got to us and I opened it up there was more sauce on it cuz I asked for extra light sauce there was hardly any toppings and this is an extra large size and it was only eight slices I called them I asked how many slices are supposed to be there they said 12 I said there’s only eight the pizza was actually cross was folded part way because they made it bigger than the box size and there was absolutely Harley any toppings on it so I called them and I let him know and they said bring it down now at this time they were already busy it was taking 45 minutes just to make that first pizza but I called them I let him know the toppings the sausage you can barely see I let him know there was more sauce so when the children brought the pizza back after they supposedly remade it it’s the same amount cut it actually looks exactly the same except that there’s a couple of burp pieces of sausage on top like they just threw it and re-cooked it the pizza was not hot the next morning I called them to ask to speak to an owner it was an older lady and I explained to her that for the price I’m sorry but it’s a Domino’s Pizza and when I told her about the toppings and the slices and the cost she mentioned that she thought the issue was just the toppings and I told her and I mentioned that we had five people to feed and there’s only a slices it’s not even amount of pizza and that we have to cut one and make everything uneven that’s why I ordered the extra large Pizza and I asked them if they’re going to be changing the pizza now to this because I like to know because I’m not going to order it anymore and she said yes and she’s going to buy off what they order well I was just looking on the reviews and I saw a picture of what supreme look like and I just took a picture of what my supreme look like it doesn’t look anything like that and all I get is sorry is not up to your standard. But I mean $33 because that includes taxes for a pizza that’s supposed to come with pepperoni sausage onion mushrooms green pepper and extra cheese as you can tell in the second picture you can see it’s loaded and looks nice and delicious and as you can see on the other picture which is a picture I took there’s very few vegetables on it and the pizza was so thin it was my mom says thinner than her socks I just know their Pizza is going to start looking like that it tasted like that I will not be purchasing from them usually when I purchase there are guys working there but my children said they were only females oh and the older lady that I did speak with told me I can come when there’s one in the mails there and try it that I didn’t think that they should be any differently made

Great cheese, bread! Delicious marinara sauce with it. And garlic Parmesan boneless wings were awesome! That flavor was not even on the menu, but they made them for me. This is a wonderful small business, where the owners are involved, and they make sure the quality is there! check them out! Support our small businesses.

We’ve been eating here since they first opened as Pizza Pro and then transitioned to Palmetto Pizza… can’t think of a major complaint we’ve ever had (other than maybe them being closed a time or two when a craving hit!) First and only place I’ve ever had a FRESH strawberry pizza, and the only place I’ve ever made a trip to just to get an order of bread sticks (they are so good!) My favorite pizza is The Palmetto, but the basic pepperoni is pretty darn good too.

I’ve never had Uber eats deliver me a pizza that took 2hrs and was completely cold and then was delivered by a driver that had his wife holding the pizza with a couple dogs sitting in the front seat. Completely unprofessional. The pizza other than being cold tasted fine but I will never do that again. For paying $45 for a large supreme pizza I would have expected a little more
