Lazy. Both times I went only the one side of my chicken had seasoning or sauce. Almost like they drop the chicken in and just coat the top. That’s pretty lazy. Some pieces didnt have anything. Definitely not going for a 3rd time…

I always order my wings plain and the sauce at the side but since the app don’t allow me to do the order like that I always ask for the sauce once I pick up the order. But this guys at this store actually charge me the sauce. Pretty sad cause if I ordered with the sauce on it you guys actually spent more money cause is more sauce than the actual little cup.
And they given me a frozen pieces of boneless. What a joke

The manager is the worst took my food back to get it remade it was burnt to hell and thank God I have witnesses in their phone numbers after they charge, my card twice would not give me a receipt showing that they refunded my money they burnt my food to hell. I had pictures took it back up there after he put the manager put his hands all over it as I have witnesses. It was so hard and crunchy through my food in the trash and then threaten to call the police on me. I will be contacting their corporate office And I’m glad I have witnesses.

Ordered 2 days in advance, for a 4:45 PM pick up. When I arrived at 4:50 PM, the order had not even been started yet. Ask them how long it would be. They told me it’d be eight minutes. I was there for another 25 minutes after that of them telling me it’d be eight minutes and then they called my name went to get the order and they gave it to another lady she left after me saying that is my order. They tried to call the lady to ask her to come back with the food. Why would I want food that has been touched by someone else and left the store? Reason I say this, is cause I watched 2 people bring bags back in and they set it back on the pick up rack. So my order that should have been ready when I arrived. Ended up costing me an hour of my time and not once did I get asked if they could do anything to make it right or fix the problem. I understand it’s busy time with football games than that, but there needs to be some kind of customer service, especially whenever there’s mistakes that are made that cost people an hour of their time. And then on top of that, whenever I was unpacking everything the order wasn’t in correct. We were missing fries and some of the wings weren’t even coated. Nobody could even tell me your communicate with me what was actually happening whenever I would ask, they would just stare at me dumbfounded like I’m asking a crazy question.
Then just watching how some of the employees were treating other customers whenever a customer let the cashier know that something was out in the pot machine. She just stared at him and didn’t even say anything. And turned her head and just ignored him while he’s standing there, asking her if something was wrong with the machine or if he could get a new cup. And then she was just really rude to him whenever he asked her another question.
