It’s nice to see other variety versus Duncan in the area. I’m glad TM is making a move and in the United States I have a high quality product. Prices are a little bit higher than would be expected but the donuts are definitely larger flavors are basic.

I decided to try Tim Hortons for the first time today after hearing so many good things, but honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. When my family and I (four of us total) went to order, the lady at the register had a strong accent, which made it hard for us to understand her at times. I completely understand that accents are normal and not an issue, but what made the experience uncomfortable was how visibly annoyed she got every time we asked her to repeat something. She was rushing us through the order like she couldn’t wait for us to leave. The second I ordered one item, she was already trying to check us out, even though we still had more to add. She rolled her eyes at one point and acted like us ordering multiple things was a huge inconvenience. It’s not like the place was busy either. There was no one in line when we arrived, and only a couple of people came in after us. I’ve worked in the food industry myself, so I know how stressful it can be, but no matter how frustrating customers were, I always stayed polite. I don’t even need staff to be overly friendly, just not rude. On top of that, the food honestly wasn’t great. It felt rushed and “half-done,” like she didn’t even care about putting the order together properly. Between the poor service and the mediocre food, I really don’t see myself coming back here again. For reference, it was a small older lady with gray hair working the register. Hopefully management can address this, because first impressions matter and this one wasn’t good.

Some companies are better at producing certain products than others and really ought to stick with their strengths. Tim Horton’s overall, does really yummy pastries and coffee. Their sandwiches are definitely not on par. The sausage looked like it was barely cooked and the croissant breakfast sandwich looked like it had been squashed down, though I know that likely it had been sitting in the warmer for a couple of hours before it was sold to me. Tim Hortons needs to stick with coffee and sweets!!

The donuts blew me away! Wow the young man behind the counter was very kind and professional, Give the kid a a raise! I got the Oreo donut and got a cappuccino with oat milk. Excellent service and location. I highly recommend. I walked into the gas station and the coffee shop took me by surprise.

I came in at around 8:30am on Sunday and the lady working the shift was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. As someone also works in the food industry I know how hard it can be at times but it is NO reason to be an ass. I came in with my family of 4 and the lady rolled her eyes at us for placing a “big” order yet the place wasn’t busy at all. She was talking really loudly to us while the entire time we were being nice. She even told the guy who came in after us to order something else because it would be easier for her. I don’t know if she is always like this to customers but i highly recommend talking to employees about the treatment towards customers this is unacceptable behavior!!

It stopped in this location to get fuel and it was very interesting. It would just seem strange. I went into prepay because you have to prepay down in the US of a and the guy behind the counter just didn’t acknowledge, I was even there. He just went about counting his money and nothing. And I stood right? There probably 5 to 10 minutes before he mumbled something. And I had to tell him that I want to prepay for fuel

Not impressed with the food at this location! The employees were unprofessional and it left a bad taste in my mouth about Tim Hortons. The chipotles chicken wrap and grilled cheese were overpriced and didn’t taste that great. We loved our donuts though. Stick to the donuts and the coffee

This order through doordash the order was completely wrong. Boston cream donut was completely missing and I ordered a mediumcalled vanilla brew with almond milk and no whip cream. And I got a small with mostly filled with whipper cream. I cannot even have it because I have a large sensitivity to dairy products.
