I visit the buzz of Union City about once a month and it usually is a pretty good Visit however today, I waited in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes for my mobile order and to get to the window and pull away to have the wrong sandwich is very disappointing. This is the third time that the order has been wrong in someway if it’s been the wrong grad, the wrong bacon or missing cheese or another food item on the sandwich. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel this time and got it on a croissant. One time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel on a plain bagel and got it on and everything bagel. One time it was missing the bacon. A mobile order to try to speed up the process. But we still waited in line for over 30 minutes being the sixth car back and drive-through, which intern means each car waited at the window for about five minutes.

Came for the first time through the drive thru today. I got a bacon breakfast sandwich on a croissant and a dirt chai. Both were some of the best I’ve ever had! Customer service was amazing, I was taken care of by Ashland. Prices are very reasonable for a small business and high quality drinks. Absolutely will be returning!

The best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!! The English muffin is so fresh. High quality ingredients make the difference.The ham & bacon choices are great. I receive my sandwich so hot I have to let it cool down. Try the buzz you won’t be disappointed and if your are than it’s you lol!!

The Buzz was established during a time when a lot of businesses were closing due to the Covid pandemic. BUT… They survived and are doing great. They are always expanding their menu and welcoming business partners like Mighty Fine Donuts, an Erie staple for 57 years.

Finally an actual coffee shop instead of those typical coffee chains which use mostly syrups for their drinks. Love this place!!! Kathy was so warm and welcoming the instant we walked in. In terms of drinks and food, they had almost everything you could think of.
Definitely coming back. Can’t promise that it’ll be often since it’s quite the drive but it will happen.

$4.80 up charge for oat milk in a mocha? Unreal. I will never come here again. Almost $18 for two coffees. Total rip off and not the quality I would expect either. Very disappointed.

I am from NYC, Manhattan and I was visiting my Grandparents in Union City and was in need of some coffee. I got the Caramel Macchiato and 3 cheese bacon melt. I loved them both so much way better than any place in the city or Starbucks or a D&D. Free WiFi!!!

Love this coffee shop! Always very tasty and convenient (has a drive thru). I tried the Nutty Brew (pictured) as a little treat and was very happy with my choice. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
