I had an outstanding experience at Little Caesars thanks to one employee. The girl with the piercings She was incredibly friendly, efficient and professional making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable Even during rush time Employees like her are a huge asset to this location vs how it used to be. The quality has gone extremely downhill lately. The girl at the counter was incredibly rude and claimed that she didn’t have the order– it took showing her the order number for her to bother to actually do something about it. The pretzel crust pizza we received was abysmal: the crust was completely undercooked, and the salt was saturated on a couple of slices, making them barely edible. We’ve already had a couple unpleasant experiences with this location (including the situation with employees yelling at each other and quitting on the spot, as a previous reviewer mentioned). I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location until management can get their act together here.

It’s a carry-out/delivery only restaurant as they all are (right?) and it’s run by teenagers who run the place just as you’d expect teens to do. For fast-food pizza, the food is fine. Check your order before you/the delivery driver leaves!

Very rude customer service, was like me calling was an inconvenience. Our pizza was wrong was told I could get a refund or have it remade. I asked it to be remade and delivered and was informed they don’t deliver after getting it from the same store not five minutes before. So we had the wrong pizza, and were lied to and treated bad.

No atmosphere, just a sales/pickup counter. Pizza lacked flavor, could use some spice. Sauce was very thin, cheese as well.

This little Caesars in Wauconda changed ownership a year or two ago. I remember the sign.
Whoever owns it now dislikes the locals, as evidenced by the chronic understaffing and the tiny amount of cheese that is usually on the pizzas.
The other chain pizza place in town does not have this problem–and I order from there frequently too. Same price, twice or triple the cheese.
Whoever is ultimately operating this place: it’s not your employees–it’s you.
I order here frequently, always prepaid online, always extra most best cheese, in hopes it might have enough cheese on it to be considered pizza, and 33% of the time, it’s passable as a classic cheese, never above average, never ever anything that could be considered extra cheese.
Doesn’t matter if it’s slow or busy, I’ve ordered here enough to realize it’s what you are instructing the employees to do.
Please sell the store.
You run your business like a miser and the town will be better without you.
The attached pic is not the worst, it’s above average.
To little caesars franchise corporate: please investigate this location for not following the norms.
